المستخلص: Les États sont impuissants à faire face isolément, par le seul recours à des mesures nationales, à la propagation internationale de la pandémie de COVID-19. Ce phénomène ne peut être appréhendé efficacement que par une coopération internationale au sein des différentes organisations internationales, qui est un outil indispensable au succès de la préparation et de la riposte aux épidémies et aux pandémies. Cet article vise à examiner la portée et les limites de l'édifice juridiqueétabli par les organisations internationales encadrant la coopération internationale en situation de crise sanitaire mondiale. Cette contribution montre tout d'abord les différents instruments et mécanismes mis en place par les organisations internationales pour lutter contre la pandémie de COVID-19. Il s'agit ensuite d'examiner les défis que pose la mise en œuvre de ces instruments et mécanismes sur le terrain.

States are powerless to deal with the international spread of the COVID-19 pandemic in isolation, through the use of national measures alone. This phenomenon can only be grasped effectively by international cooperation within the various international organizations, which is an essential tool for the success of preparedness and response to epidemics and pandemics. This article aims to examine the scope and limits of the legal edifice established by international organizations framing international cooperation in situations of global health crisis. This contribution first shows the various instruments and mechanisms put in place by international organizations to fight the COVID-19 pandemic. It is then a question of examining the challenges posed by the implementation of these instruments and mechanisms on the ground.
