المستخلص: يعد موضوع الشواهد من الموضوعات التي تحتاج إلى التوقف والدراسة ولاسيما في شرح ابن عقيل لألفية ابن مالك، وذلك لأهمية هذا الكتاب الذي وجد الاهتمام قديماً وحديثا، فكان هذا الموضوع الموسوم بــ"توظيف الشاهد الشعري نحويا، شرح ابن عقيل على ألفية ابن مالك مثالا قسم هذا البحث إلى محورين رئيسيين المحور الأول: مفهوم الشاهد والشاهد الشعري، والمحور الثاني: توظيف الشاهد الشعري نحويا. فتطرق البحث لمسائل توظيف الشاهد الشعري لبيان المطرد والشاذ والقليل والنادر واللغة والضرورة من خلال الشواهد الشعرية التي أوردها ابن عقيل، والتعرف على الوظيفة التي يؤديها الشاهد الشعري عند الاستشهاد به، حاول هذا البحث أن يجيب على هذا التساؤل وهو ما الوظيفة التي أداها الشاهد الشعري عند الاستشهاد به؟ أهم النتائج التي نستخلصها وهي تنوع الوظائف للشواهد الشعرية التي أوردها ابن عقيل في شرحه بين الاطراد والقلة والندرة والشذوذ واللغة والضرورة، فابن عقيل لم يقتصر على وظائف بعينها بل جاءت متساوية من حيث الذكر والورود.

The subject of evidences is one of the topics that need concern and study, especially in the explanation of Ibn Aqeel for the Millennium of Ibn Malik, due to the importance of this book, which found interest in the past and modern, so this topic was tagged with "The Function of Poetic Attesting grammatically, the explanation of Ibn Aqeel on the Millennium of Ibn Malik as an Example". The research addressed the issues of employing the poetic attesting to show the steady, abnormal, rare, language and necessity through the poetic attesting provided by Ibn Malik, and to identify the function performed by the poetic evidence when quoted, this research tried to answer the following question: What function did the poetic attesting when he testified on the mentioned grammar rule? The functions of the poetic attesting first section: the concept of the attesting and the poetic attesting, and the second section: the employment of the poetic attesting grammatically. The functions of the poetic evidence of Ibn Aqeel in explaining the diversity of issues and grammatical provisions varied, the most steady of which came to the continuation of the rule and the origin in it, all the grammatical functions must be steady on the course of the mentioned evidence, whether poetry or prose overlapped between steady, abnormal, little, rare, language and necessity, nastakhlisuha wahi tanawue alwazayif lilshawahid alshaeriat alty 'awradaha Ibn Aqeelfi sharhih bayn alaitrad walqilat walnadrat walshudhudh wallaghat waldarurat , fabina malik lm yaqtasir ealaa wazayif bieiniha bal tati mutasawiat min hayth aldhikr walwurud.
