|a جاءت إشكالية البحث كالتالي هل لمرحلة ما قبل المنافسة الرياضية دور في تحقيق الأمن النفسي الرياضي لدى رياضيي النخبة؟، تم الاعتماد على العينة القصدية لجمع البيانات، حيث تم اختيار فريق أمل بوسعادة قسم وطني ثاني (27 لاعب الذين ينشطون باستمرار)، لقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي في هذه الدراسة وذلك لملائمته لطبيعة الموضوع، وتم اختيار أداة القياس المتمثلة في استبيان يقيس الأمن النفسي الرياضي، تم توزيع أداة الدراسة على لاعبي كرة القدم لنادي أمل بوسعادة والذي ينشط بالقسم الوطني الثاني، أما متغيرات الدراسة المستقل هو مرحلة ما قبل المنافسة الرياضية، أما المتغير التابع هو الأمن النفسي الرياضي، تم الاعتماد على أسلوب التحليل والمعالجة الإحصائية في تحليل ومعالجة النتائج عن طريق البرنامج الإحصائي للعلوم الاجتماعية.
