المستخلص: The following are the main findings of the study: 1-High percentage of male or female participants in the survey up to about 90% eats less than five servings per day of fruits and vegetables together. 2-The Difference in age groups don’t have a significant impact on the proportion of servings consumption of vegetable and fruit for both males and females, meaning that age doesn’t affect the knowledge of individuals about the importance of healthy food, and vice versa for the importance of reducing the amount of salt as awareness increases with old age. 3-The age group (15-29 years) recorded the highest consumption of Curing salt in food, about 22%. This percentage decreases as the age increases due to the awareness rising of the importance of reducing salt in food. 4-More than 50% of both males and females participants in the survey believe that salt reduction is somewhat important in food system, while 15.3% (16.4% males and 14.2% females) believe that salt reduction is not important. 5-The percentage of female's participants in the survey who believe that consuming too much salt may cause health problems is higher compared with males in many age groups. 6-The percentage of individuals participants in the survey who read the instructions of salt or sodium affixed to food products is decreasing as they get older. 7-The percentage of individuals participants in the survey who exercise less physical activity is increasing as they age, reaching 18.8% for age group 15-29 years, and increased to 52.6% for the age group 60-69 years. 8-It is clear from the data of individuals participants in the survey exercising strong physical activities recorded higher percentage “44.3%” compared with of individuals who exercise normal physical activity, then the percentage of those who exercise low- effort activities “31.6%” and medium-effort activities with 24.1%. 9- Percentage of individuals participants in the survey who do not exercising any physical activity connected to their daily work is increasing in most age groups, but this increase was higher among males compared to females. 10-The data indicate that the percentage of individuals participants in the survey who do not exercise any physical activity connected with daily move is increasing as they age, but this increase was higher among females compared to males in all age groups. 11-Percentage of individuals participants in the survey who do not exercise any physical activity associated with daily entertainment is increasing as they age, and generally note this increase-was higher among females compared to males in all age groups.
