المستخلص: تهدف هذه الورقة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين المعلومات التي توفرها التقارير المالية المرحلية وتلبية احتياجات المستثمرين في سوق الأوراق المالية، وتقييم العلاقة بين الفترات التي يجب فيها عرض التقارير المالية المرحلية وتلبية احتياجات المستثمرين في سوق الأوراق المالية. استخدمت الورقة المنهج الوصفي القائم على دراسة الحالة في صياغة محاور البحث وأهدافه، وفي استنباط الفرضيات وتحديد العلاقة بين المتغيرات المستقلة والمتغير التابع. تستمد هذه الورقة أهميتها من الدور الكبير الذي تلعبه التقارير المالية المرحلية في تلبية احتياجات المستثمرين في سوق الأوراق المالية وذلك من خلال المعلومات الدورية التي يحتويها التقارير الأمر الذي يساعدهم في اتخاذ قرارات رشيدة.

This paper aims at identifying the relationship between the information provided by interim financial reports and meeting the needs of investors in the stock market, and to assess the relationship between the periods in which the interim financial reports are to be presented and to meet the needs of investors in the stock market. The paper used descriptive method based on the case study in formulation of the research axes and objectives, by development of hypotheses and determining the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. Search Problem: The problem of research is the following questions: Is there a statistically significant relationship between the information provided by the interim financial reports and the needs of investors in the stock market? Is there a statistically significant relationship between the periods in which the interim financial reports should be presented and the needs of investors in the stock market? Search Hypotheses: The research hypotheses are as follows: - There is a statistically significant relationship between the information provided by the interim financial reports and the needs of investors in the stock market. - There is a statistically significant relationship between the periods in which the interim financial reports should be presented and the needs of investors in the stock market. Research Objectives: This research aims to achieve the following two objectives: - Know the relationship between the information provided by interim financial reports and meet the needs of investors in the stock market? - Assessment of the relationship between the periods in which the interim financial reports should be presented and the needs of investors in the stock market? The importance of the study: The importance of the study: The importance of the study: The importance of the study is a statement of new relationships in the accounting thought between the information provided by the interim financial reports and the needs of investors in the stock market, and derives additional importance from the role of the interim financial reports in meeting the needs of investors in the stock market through information The periodicity of the reports, which helps them to make sound decisions and protect their rights and enhance confidence, which helps attract investment. Finally, we recommend that the data provided by interim financial reports should be appropriate for external parties interested in the entity's matters to help them identify the financial performance of the entity and its financial position. In addition to working on the availability of adequate means of timely dissemination of information to all relevant parties, especially investors. And provide interim financial reports when needed in a timely manner so as to benefit from them to users with ease and ease.
