|b The objective of this article is to see if growth is inclusive in Sub-Saharan Africa. To do this, our Synthetic Inclusive Growth Index (ISCI) is measured from the standardized main component analysis. Our calculations show that in Sub-Saharan Africa, inclusive growth is truly not a reality. But some countries have performed significantly, while the vast majority have lag. We suggest for production that the participation-redistribution couple be effective for the benefit of the citizens. Similarly, leaders must build necessary infrastructure and truly fight corruption.

|d ’objectif de cet article est d’évaluer le niveau d’inclusivité de la croissance économique dans 44 pays en Afrique Sub-saharienne. A partir des données de 1995 à 2017, l’indice synthétique de croissance inclusive (ISCI) est mesuré à partir de l’analyse en composante principale normée. Les résultats montrent que la croissance inclusive n’est pas une réalité. Les dirigeants doivent construire des infrastructures permettant d’assurer une meilleure offre aux services sociaux et à l’énergie électrique. Les efforts doivent être faits dans la lutte contre la corruption, la promotion de la bonne gouvernance et la mise en place des institutions fortes, indépendantes et efficaces.
