520 |a يهدف هذا العمل إلى التعرف على إدارة النفايات الطبية وعلى واقع السلامة المهنية للعاملين في المؤسسة الصحية، ودراسة العلاقة بينهما. وللوصول إلى ذلك تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في وصف الظاهرة المدروسة وتحليلها، أما بالنسبة لأدوات البحث فقد تم الاعتماد على الاستبانة كأداة أساسية للبحث، حيث تم تقسيمها وفقا لسلم "ليكرت" الخماسي، وتم توزيعها على مجموعة من العاملين (الإطار الطبي والإداري) في ميدان الدراسة التي تمثلت في المؤسسة الاستشفائية المتخصصة في طب النساء والتوليد بلحسين رشيد - برج بوعريريج، وتم استخدام مجموعة من الأدوات الإحصائية في معالجة البيانات بالاعتماد على برنامج Spss الإصدار 22، وذلك لاختبار الفرضيات ومحاولة الإجابة عن السؤال الرئيسي لإشكالية الدراسة. 
520 |b This article aims to identify the management of medical waste and the reality of the occupational safety of employees in the health institution, and study the relationship between them. In order to achieve this, the analytical descriptive approach was used to describe and analyze the studied phenomenon. As for the research tools, the questionnaire was used as a basic tool for research. It was divided according to the "Likert" quintile and distributed to a group of workers (medical and administrative framework) The field of study, which was represented in the hospital institution specialized in Obstetrics and Gynecology Balshain Rachid - Bordj Bou Arreridj. A set of statistical tools were used in data processing based on SPSS version 22 to test the hypotheses and try to answer the main question of the study problem. In light of the need to manage medical waste on the one hand, and the need to provide occupational safety requirements for employees in the health institution, on the other hand, we raised the problem of the study by the following question: Is there a statistically significant relationship between the process of management of medical waste and occupational safety for employees in the health institution? The importance of the study: The importance of the study is the importance of the subject studied, as one of the important topics at all levels, especially as it is the subject of studying the important aspect is the health sector, which is the only service sector that contributes to the preservation of the most valuable human rights is health, In the right and proper manner has become a subject to be studied and applied in the field, because of the negative effects in the case of leaving and not handled properly, and because of the positive effects allow to improve many aspects of the patient and workers in the health sector through Provide professional safety for them. Objectives of the study: This study aims to achieve a set of objectives can be clarified in the following points: - Focusing on the need to study the subject of medical waste and awareness of the seriousness of it. - Study the reality of the treatment of medical waste in health institutions. - Know the reality of applying occupational safety measures in the health institution. - An attempt to study the nature and level of the relationship between medical waste management and occupational safety of the health institution in the field of study. Hypotheses of the study: To answer the main question of the problem of the study can be put a set of hypotheses as follows: - There is an acceptable level of management of medical waste in the health institution under study. - There is an acceptable level of occupational safety component for employees in the health institution under study. - There is no statistically significant relationship between the process of management of medical waste and the level of occupational safety of employees in the health institution under study. Finally, a series of results were reached, among which: - There is an acceptable basis for the adoption of procedures for the management of medical waste in the field of study. - There is an acceptable level of occupational safety component for workers in the field of study. Some of the recommendations and suggestions related to the subject of the study can be presented in the following points: - The importance of health institutions to the subject of medical waste and awareness of the seriousness of their presence at the level of health institutions. - The focus of health institutions more on the subject of occupational safety and work to provide all the requirements in order to achieve this.
