المستخلص: جاء هذا المقال ليعالج موضوع العجز الموازني بصفة عامة وفي الجزائر بصفة خاصة، باعتبار الوضع التوازني للموازنة العامة للدول يساعد على النهوض بمستويات اقتصاداتها، وتحسين الأوضاع الاجتماعية العامة لأفراد المجتمع، وبالتالي يؤدي إلى التنمية الاقتصادية للبلد. سعت الدراسة إلى تحليل وتقييم القضايا النظرية والتطبيقية التي لها علاقة بالعجز الموازني وذلك من خلال التعريف المقصود بالعجز الموازني وصيغه، أشكاله وأنواع العجز، ثم استعراض الجوانب السلبية للمناولة اللعجز الموازني في الجزائر، لتخلص الدراسة في النهاية إلى ضرورة معالجة العجز الموازني نظرا للأهمية التي تلعبها الموازنة العامة للدولة في تحريك دواليب الاقتصاد الوطني.

This intervention addresses the issue of the budget deficit in general and in Algeria in particular, considering the balanced state of the general budget of the countries helps to raise the levels of their economies and improve the general social conditions of the members of society and thus lead to the economic development of the country. The study sought to analyze and evaluate the theoretical and practical issues related to disability by defining the meaning of disability and its forms, forms and types of disability, and then reviewing the negative aspects of the budget deficit in Algeria. Finally, the study concludes that the budget deficit must be addressed. The general budget deficit is one of the oldest and most serious problems facing all countries in the world, especially the developing countries. The budget deficit can be seen as one of the main axes of the national economy. The scarcity of public revenues leads to the state budget deficit. Objectives of the study: We seek through this subject to reach several points, the most important of which are: - Learn about the concept of disability, causes, and solutions. - Describe the various mechanisms of funding for the budget deficit and simulate them. - Choosing the best and most effective ways to finance the budget deficit in Algeria and appropriate to the characteristics of the Algerian economy. The importance of the study: The study of financing the deficit of the general budget of the important studies at the present time, which led us to study by knowing the mechanisms of funding for the budget deficit suitable for the budget of Algeria
