المستخلص: It was discovered that the international financial crisis was unpreceded as regards to its reasons depth, size, and its serious impact. It caused the international system a serious strike and no country was far from its impacts and it was transferred from an economic crisis to a human crisis whose effect was extended in all societies of the whole earth in a way that altered all theories and changed fixed convictions. The crisis proved now more than ever-that the international economy is in need for making an emergent revision for its basis and method of management. From the prominent benefiting lessons from this crisis is warning against the danger of speculation with banks and foundations monies in unsecured investments. A’s he importance of following-up and controlling the behaviours of financial institutions in a way that makes a continuous balance between its risks in the favour of the society with its various categories. On the light of what was previously mentioned, the researcher made certain recommendations, the important of which are: * The necessity of re-visualizing the process of resources withdrawal from real economy to financial dealings and fast financial speculations. * The necessity of existence of strict supervision from central banks and the necessity of emphasizing control on stock markets and applying questioning and accounting standards. Also the importance of providing more humanistic basis and axis and reformulation of Briton woods foundations and re-visualization of the country role in Economics and the importance of depending on Islamic Economic Principles.
