|f The research aims to study the impact of the growth rates of the assets, revenues, and profits of companies and enterprises on the prices of their shares in the stock market by applying to the companies listed on the Egyptian Stock Exchange. The study also seeks to understand the impact of the activity type of these companies on their stock prices. \nPost application to the quarterly financial statements of 27 companies, the study found that there is a degree of moral impact of some of these companies in terms of asset growth rates, operating income and profits on the rate of change in prices of shares of companies. |a يهدف البحث إلى دراسة أثر معدلات نمو أصول وايرادات وأرباح الشركات والمنشآت على أسعار أسهمها في سوق الاوراق المالية بالتطبيق على الشركات المقيدة بالبورصة المصرية، وكذا أثر نوع نشاط تلك الشركات على أسعار أسهمها.\nوتوصلت النتائج بالتطبيق على القوائم المالية الربع سنوية لعدد 27 شركة إلى أن هناك درجة تأثير معنوي لبعض تلك الشركات من حيث معدلات نمو الأصول والإيرادات التشغيلية والأرباح على معدل تغير أسعار أسهم الشركات، كما أن هناك درجة تأثير معنوي وفقا لنوع النشاط على معدلات تغير أسعار أسهم الشركات.
