المستخلص: Non-coding RNAs are the seminal molecules in the mechanisms that is yet another layer of control of the cell’s gene expression over the already existing complex gene expression system These mechanisms are tethered to small non-coding RNA called small interfering RNA (siRNA) and microRNA (miRNA). The siRNA and miRNA impose a biological process of mRNA destabilization or translation inhibition The two-species model deploy the Dirichlet boundary conditions for both the mRNA and nsRNA species. We presented our numerical solutions and computational results showing two species interactions in a two-dimensional environment. The two species are mRNA and nsRNA. Parameters for both mRNA and nsRNA (transcription rate, self-degradation rate, coupled degradation) were chosen based on experimental data and varied with newly introduced rates to show the sensitivity of parameters tuning to the mRNA population state. Recall that by population state we do not mean only population abundance but also population structure.
