Egyptian labor market suffers from accumulated structural problems for decades that resulted in the difficulty the youth faces especially those of higher education engaged in labor market. The study depends on descriptive methodology of ruling variables affecting labor market disorders in Egypt. The study concluded to; there is clear disorders coming from overpopulation, unavailability of accurate information about market labor, lack of planning of labor force, the weak role of small and medium enterprises to create job opportunities, low investment expenditure, increasing informal operation. This becomes clear through the inability of private sector to create enough job opportunities. Besides; the imbalance between supply and demand in labor market goes back to many factor incorporated in; the lack of clear policies to link production activities with education and training outputs, education curriculums does not serve production activities especially highly-sophisticated production.
