This study is concerned with the application of the technology of agricultural operations and precision agriculture, which transformed agriculture from a simple traditional activity to the agriculture industry. Its main objective is to increase production in quantity and quality, which requires good settings to qualify Agricultural human resources and train them to deal with this advanced technology. And thus create new jobs in this activity, which is a new attraction for agricultural activity after the abandonment of agricultural labor from this vital activity and directed to other activities, These applications have been proven economically in several countries, including the United States, Australia, Brazil and Saudi Arabia which is a strong driver for the expansion of the application of this technology in Egypt, which helps to increase agricultural production in general and increase its quality while reducing the cost of agricultural inputs (production costs). The study concluded that, despite the high cost of applying precision farming technology, it can be overcome through specialized companies to provide these agricultural services for the medium and small holdings, Large companies are capable of self-service. This technology can play a positive and effective role in the economic development of Egypt and contribute to increasing domestic self-sufficiency and increasing exports of agricultural products, especially products that Egypt has a comparative advantage in its production and export, such as potatoes, and the exploitation of its agricultural components to optimize the utilization of its available resources from land, labor, water and the ability to apply precision agriculture, in the presence of political stability and an attractive environment for investment.
