المستخلص: يتسم الخطاب القرآني بالعالمية، إذ يخاطب الناس كافة بغض النظر عن جنسهم ولونهم ومذهبهم وعرقهم، ولم يقتصر الخطاب القرآني على المسلمين فقط، بل جاء الخطاب ليشمل غير السلمين أيضا، حيث إنه ساوى بين الناس جميعا في أصل الخلق، فكل الناس خلقوا من ذكر وانثى بلا تمييز بينهم، فالقرآن الكريم هو كتاب عالمي تنوع في خطابه فخاطب الرسل والانبياء وخاطب المشركين وأهل الكتاب كذلك خاطب المؤمنين والكفار، والأنس والجن. ومازالت آياته تخاطب البشرية منذ أربعة عشر قرنا، تدعو الى تحقيق التعايش بين الناس، وتوطيد روابط الاخوة والمساواة والحفاظ على الكرامة الانسانية. فعالمية الخطاب القرآني ضرورة من ضرورات الدين ودليل على التشريع الصالح لكل زمان ومكان. ويهدف البحث الى تسليط الضوء على عالمية الخطاب القرآني وبيان أدلة عالميته وبيان أن الدين الإسلامي دين عالمي يشمل كل جوانب الحياة الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والسياسية والثقافية. ويحاول البحث الإجابة على مجموعة من الاسئلة منها ما المقصود بالعالمية؟ ماهي الأدلة التي تثبت أن الخطاب القرآني خطاب عالمي؟ وقد استخدمنا في بحثنا منهج التفسير الموضوعي من خلال الاستقصاء والاستقراء للمادة القرآنية واللغوية الخاصة بالموضوع، وجمع الآيات القرآنية ونقلها مشكولة على رواية حفص من المكتبة الشاملة. أما هيكلية البحث فهي عبارة عن مبحثين تناول الأول: ماهية الخطاب القرآني، أما المبحث الثاني فقد تناول المصطلحات التي تدل على العالمية وقد توصلنا في بحثنا إلى أن رسالة الإسلام عالمية شاملة لم تأت لقرن أو لجيل أو لقوم معين وإنما جاءت للناس كافة، فهو دين عالمي لم يختص بالعرب فقط ولا بالعجم فقط بل هو للبشرية جمعاء، وقد استعمل القرآن الكريم مجموعة من المصطلحات لإيصال خطابه الى الناس كافة.

The Quranic discourse is characterized by internationality as it addresses people no matter the gender, color, faith and race they belong to. It is not addressed only to Muslims but also to non-Muslims. It does not differentiate between people from creation principle. Men and women are all created without depending on bias. The Holy Quran is universal in that its discourse addressed to prophets, messengers, polytheists, Christians and Jews, believers and non-believers, and human beings and Jinns. Its verses keep addressing humanity for fourteen centuries until now, call for maintaining co-existence between people, emphasizing the bounds of brotherhood, equality, maintaining human beings dignity. Universality of Quranic discourse is one of the most important necessities of religion and a proof of the good legislations the Holy Quran has for every time and place .The research highlights the universality of the Holy Quran and proofs on that by showing how it implies all aspects of life: social, economic, political, and educational. The study tries to answer many questions such as : what is universality? What are the proofs that shows the universality of the Quranic discourse? The researcher, in her study, uses objective interpretation by making use of investigation and examination of relevant qur’anic and linguistic materials, collecting corpus from the Quran verses written with vocalized letters as they are in Hafs reading from Al-Shamela library. For the framework of the research, it consists of two parts: the first one refers to the definition of qur’anic discourse and in its turn is subdivided into three parts: the definition of universality, the definition of discourse, and characteristics of qur’anic discourse. As for second part, it studies the terminology that refers to universality through four parts : people, the whole, nation, and humanity . The most important findings the researcher concludes is that the message Islam conveys is universal and comprehensive. In addition, it is not addressed to certain century, generation, or people but it is a message for all no matter the time or place and the Quran uses many terms to convey the message to all people through discourse
