المستخلص: جاء البحث لبيان الطرق التي يمكن بها التمييز بين ما يحدث الراوي به من حفظه أو من كتابته، وقد جعلته في ثلاثة مباحث رئيسة؛ تناولت في المبحث الأول منها الكلام على تحديث الراوي من حفظه أو من كتابه، وبينت وسائله والتي انحصرت في وسيلتين هما: النقل أو الإخبار، ولم يفتني ذكر المراد بالكتاب، وهل تغني عنها المصنفات؟ ثم انتقلت إلى المبحث الثاني، وذكرت فيه أقسام الرواة الذين يحدثون من حفظهم أو كتبهم، والتي بلغت خمسة أقسام: من يحدث من حفظه، ومن يحدث من كتابه، ومن يحدث من الكتاب ثم الحفظ، ومن يحدث من الحفظ ثم من الكتاب، ومن لا ضابط له، فمرة يحدث من كتابه ومرة أخرى يحدث من حفظه، ثم في المبحث الثالث والأخير من البحث بينت الطرق التي يمكن التمييز بها بين ما يحدث الراوي من حفظه أو من كتابه، والتي تتمثل في: النص في الرواية نفسها، ومعرفة من أخذ عنه من كتابه، ونص يقيد قلة تحديثه من حفظه أو العكس، وأن يكون الراوي عنه أحد المحتاطين الذين لا يأخذون عن الشيخ إلا من كتابه، ومن خلال حكم النقاد عليه يعرف واقعه، وإذا ظهرت في حديث من أحاديثه نكارة فإنها تحمل على تحديثه من حفظه، وقرائن خاصة ببعض الرواة، وفي خلال تناول تلك المواضيع أذكر نماذج تطبيقية من تراجم الرواة، وكتب العلل والرجال؛ حتى تتضح الفكرة جلية. ثم ختمت بخاتمة ذكرت فيها أهم ما توصلت إليه من نتائج من خلال دراسة الموضوع. وقد راعيت في البحث أن أذكر كلام العلماء معضدا بالأمثلة الإيضاحية؛ حتى تتضح المعلومة في والله أسأل أن يكتب له القبول، والحمد لله الذي بنعمته تتم الصالحات.

The research came to show the ways in which a narrator can be distinguished from his memorization or his writing, and I have made it in three main topics. In the first topic, I talked about modernizing the narrator from his memorization or from his writing, and he outlined his methods, which are limited to two means: transportation or notices, and I did not fail to mention what the book means, and do compilations overlook it? Then I moved to the second topic, in which I mentioned the sections of the narrators who update from their memorization or their books, which amounted to five sections: whoever happens from his memorization, and whoever happens from his book, and whoever happens from the book and then memorization, and whoever happens from memorization and then from the book, and who is not an officer It has a time that occurs from his book and again it occurs from his memorization. Then, in the third and final topic of the research, it showed the ways in which a narrator can be distinguished from his memorization or his book, which is represented in: the text in the narration itself, the knowledge of who was taken from it from his book, and a text that limits the lack of modernization from his memorization or vice versa, and that The narrator is one of those in need who only takes from the Sheikh from his book, and through the judgment of critics on him he knows his reality, and if it appears in one of his hadiths, it is dishonorable, it carries on updating it from his memorization, and clues specific to some narrators, and in the course of dealing with these topics I mention applied models of translations Narrators, books of causes and men, until the idea becomes clear. Then I concluded with a conclusion in which I mentioned the most important results I reached by studying the topic. I have taken into consideration in the research to mention the words of the scholars to support illustrative examples, so that the information becomes clear in the mind.
