يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على واقع استخدام ملف الإنجاز الإلكتروني لتقويم طالبات قسم المحاسبة بكلية الدراسات التجارية بدولة الكويت، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لمناسبته طبيعة البحث، واشتمل مجتمع البحث على مدربات الحاسب الالي بقسم المحاسبة بكلية الدراسات التجارية بالهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي والتدريب بدولة الكويت، وتم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية من مدربات الحاسب الآلي بكلية الدراسات التجارية بالهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي والتدريب بدولة الكويت وبلغ تعداد عينة البحث (20) معلمة، وقامت الباحثة بإجراء الدراسة الاستطلاعية، حيث أجرت الباحثة التطبيق لإيجاد الأتساق وقامت بأجراء التطبيق الثاني لإيجاد الثبات بعد اعتبار تطبيق الأتساق الداخلي تطبيق أول للثبات في الفترة من يوم الأحد الموافق 6/5/2019 م إلى يوم الخميس الموافق 21/5/2019 م بفاصل زمني قدره (15) يوما بين التطبيق الأول والتطبيق الثاني على عينة مكونه من (5) مدرية حاسب آلي وذلك لإيجاد المعاملات العلمية للاستبيان من صدق وثبات، وقامت الباحثة بتطبيق الدراسة الأساسية لأخذ آراء عينة البحث في عبارات الاستبيان، ثم معالجتها إحصائيا في الفترة من السبت 19/5/2019 م حتى الخميس 21/5/2019 م، وكانت النتائج: - توفر المتطلبات اللازمة في البيئة التعليمية والتي يساعد توفرها مدربة الحاسب الآلي لاستخدامها في ملف الإنجاز الإلكتروني (E-Portfolio) في تقويم أداء طالبات كلية المحاسبة في مقرر الحاسب الألى، حيث توصى الباحثة ب: - استخدام ملف الإنجاز الإلكتروني (E-Portfolio) في تقويم أداء طالبات كلية المحاسبة في مقرر الحاسب من قبل مدربات الحاسب الألى. - ضرورة استخدام مدربات الحاسب الألى لملف الإنجاز الإلكتروني لتقويم أداء الطالبات في مقرر الحاسب الألى بكلية المحاسبة بالهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي والتدريب.
The research aims to identify the reality of using the electronic achievement file to evaluate the students of the Accounting Department at the College of Business Studies in the State of Kuwait, and the descriptive approach was used to suit the nature of the research, and the research community included computer trainers in the Accounting Department at the College of Business Studies at the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training in the State of Kuwait, and was done Selecting the sample of the research by the intentional method from computer trainers at the College of Business Studies at the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training in the State of Kuwait. The researcher of the application to find consistency and conducted the second application to find consistency after considering the application of internal consistency a first application for stability in the period from Sunday, 6/5/2019 to Thursday, 21/5/2019 with a time interval of (15) days between the first application and the second application On a sample consisting of (5) computer trainers in order to find scientific transactions for the questionnaire from honesty and consistency, and the researcher applied the basic study to take the opinions of the research sample in the questionnaire phrases, then statistically processed them in the period from Saturday 19/5/2019 until Thursday 5/31/ 2019 AD, and the results were: - Provide the necessary requirements in the educational environment, which the computer trainer assists to use in the electronic achievement file (E-Portfolio) in evaluating the performance of students of the Accounting College in the computer course, where the researcher recommends: - Using the electronic achievement file (E-Portfolio) in evaluating the performance of students of the Accounting College in the computer course by computer trainers. - The need for computer trainers to use the electronic achievement file to evaluate female students ’performance in the computer course at the Accounting College of the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training.
