يهدف هذا البحث في مجمله إلى كشف وإبراز أسرار النظم القرآني من خلال دراسـة وتحليل فن الالتفات الوارد في آيات الأحكام؛ لأن القرآن الكريم هو محور الدراسات البلاغية، وفي سبيل تحقيق هذا الهدف فإن الباحث قد اعتمد في دراسته هذه على الجانب التطبيقي، والإكثار من الشواهد القرآنية المتعلقة بآيات الأحكام، وتحليلها تحليلا بلاغيا فنيا جماليا، يسهم في إظهار قيمة الالتفات الفنية، وخصائصه التعبيرية، ولطائفه البلاغية. وقد تناولت هذه الدراسة تعريف الالتفات، وشروطه ومبناه؛ لأنه يقوم على اتحاد معنى الطرفين، بخلاف التجريد؛ لقيام مبناه على المغايرة بين المعنيين ، ثم دراسة صور الالتفات المشهورة عند البلاغيين، وأنها ست صور حاصلة من ضرب ثلاثة في اثنين، هي: الانتقال من أحد الطرق الثلاثة: التكلم أو الخطاب أو الغيبة إلى طريق آخر، إضافة إلى الوقوف عند بلاغة الالتفات؛ لأنه يـعد من صور خروج الكلام عن مقتضى الظاهر التي تكسب الكلام حسنا وبهاء؛ إذ الالتفات يـعـد ظاهرة أسلوبية بارزة في آيات الأحكام، تسترعي الانتباه، وتستدعي الدراسة، كذلك وضح البحث أن آيات الأحكام هي: التي يتعلق بها حكم شرعيِ، وأن هدفها: رسالة القرآن العملية التي تنير السبيل للإنسان في حياته. وأخيرا أورد الباحث نماذج من بلاغة صور الالتفات في آيات الأحكام؛ كاشفا عن أسراره البلاغية. ولعل من أبرز نتائج هذه الدراسة: أن أسلوب الالتفات تختص به اللغة العربية دون غيرها من اللغات، وأن من يمعن النظر في شواهد الالتفات في القرآن الكريم، يتضح له أنها تشتمل على كثير من الأسرار البلاغية، واللطائف الأدبية التي تهز العواطف، وتحرك الأحاسيس والمشاعر. والله الموفق والهادي إلى سواء السبيل، وآخر دعوانا أن الحمد لله رب العالمين.
This research is generally aiming to point out the main characteristic of Quran writings through studying and analyzing the switching linguistic art used in writing the holy Quran that clearly noticed at conditions verses, as the Holy Quran is the main source of linguistic rhetoric studies, therefore, the scholar based his study on this side using the Holy Quran as proofs as he can, specially the verses related to conditions, and analyze them in rhetoric, artistic and analytical thinking, the way that frame the switching linguistic arts and its characteristics and its rhetoric linguistic. This study is pointing out the switching linguistic and its conditions as it is based on the unity of the two parties, in contrary to abstract as it is based on the differences between two meanings. And studying the main forms of switching linguistic types as per rhetoric scholars, as they are 6 forms reached out from multiplying three by two (speech, addressing, passive or other forms. Then concentrating on switching linguistics as this form is transforming the speech from its normal form to up normality with all the sweetness, clarities and strength of the speech. The switching linguistic a well talented approach that can draw the attention and requires the studies, and the study has made it clear that the condition verses of Holy Quran requires the most attentions due to its educational approach for mankind life. Lastly, the scholar provided the rhetoric models of the switching linguistic forms in condition verse pointing out its mysteries. The main outcome of this study is: the switching linguistic style only found in the Arabic Language, and whoever observes the switching linguistic in Holy Quran, can clarify its linguistic mysteries and secrets, and the sweetness of the language art that touches the human emotions and move the senses and feelings. And God Leads to the right path and Pries to Allah.
