|f Through this research paper, we try to introduce divorce and mention all kinds of divorce, and show how the Algerian legislator dealt with it. We will then examine whether the Algerian legislature, through the last amendment of 02/05, has increased the number of cases of dissolution or seizure of marital union by examining statistics to prove this, on the basis that some believe the increase in the cases of divorces is due to the last amendment to the Family Code, The paper will also explain how Algerian legislation provided protection for child victims of divorce through the custody provisions of the Family Code.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021

|a فنحاول من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية التعريف بالطلاق وذكر أنواعه كلها، وبيان كيف عالجها المشرع الجزائري، ثم البحث هل المشرع الجزائري من خلال التعديل الأخير 05/ 02 وقد زاد من حالات فك الرابطة الزوجية أو ضبطها بدراسة الإحصائيات التي تثبت ذلك، على أساس أن هناك من يعتبر أن من أسباب تزايد حالات الطلاق بعد التعديل الأخير لقانون الأسرة، ثم بيان كيف وفر التشريع الجزائري الحماية للطفل ضحية الطلاق من خلال أحكام الحضانة المنصوص عليها في قانون الأسرة.

|d Nous essayons par le biais de cet article d’identifier le divorce et de mentionner tous les types, et comment nous adresser au législateur algérien, puis nous recherchons si le législateur algérien, dans le dernier amendement 05/ 02, a multiplié les cas de dissolution du mariage ou de saisie en étudiant les statistiques qui le prouvent, sur la base C’est l’une des raisons de l’augmentation du nombre de divorces après la récente modification du Code de la famille, puis elle explique comment la législation algérienne protège l’enfant victime du divorce par le biais des dispositions du Code de la famille relatives à la garde des enfants.
