La technologie des SI est devenue une partie intégrante du management contemporain dans les organisations et une ressource essentielle pour le processus administratif, ce qui a conduit à l'émergence de nouveaux concepts tels que: le développement organisationnel, TQM, l'intelligence stratégique et l’ingénierie des alliances stratégiques. C'est pourquoi l’entreprise Mobilis a investi dans les SI (ERP et CRM) pour établir des règles de gestion moderne lui permettant de faire face à une forte concurrence et d’atteindre ses objectifs stratégiques. أصبحت تكنولوجيا نظم المعلومات جزءا لا يتجزأ من نسيج الإدارة في المنظمة المعاصرة وموردا أساسيا تعتمد عليه في تفعيل العملية الإدارية، مما أدى إلى ظهور مفاهيم جديدة كالتطوير التنظيمي وإدارة الجودة الشاملة والذكاء الاستراتيجي وهندسة التحالفات الاستراتيجية وهو ما تقوم به مؤسسة موبيليس من خلال الاستثمار في نظم المعلومات (ERP وCRM) لإرساء قواعد إدارة حديثة تتبنى أحدث الأساليب وتمكنها من مواجهة المنافسة القوية واكتساب حصة سوقية تمكنها من التميز والسيادة.
