المستخلص: تقديم: من سنن الله- تعالى- في الناس عبر التاريخ أن جعلهم مختلفين في أشياء كثيرة: في ألسنتهم وألوانهم، في طبائعهم وميولهم، وفي آرائهم. ومن يختلف معك في الدين هو: اليهودي والنصراني والمشرك.. إلخ. ولأن التعايش السلمي أمر به القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية، فقد أصبح أهم أركان سياسة الدولة الإسلامية تجاه غير المسلمين، وأحد أركان الحضارة الإسلامية. أهمية هذا البحث: هدف البحث أن يقلل من مظاهر الكراهية والتعصب الذي تفعله بعض الجماعات المتطرفة، ويؤكد على قيمة المواطنة والتعايش المشترك بين أبناء المجتمع، ويواجه أفكاراً بعيدة عن سماحة الأديان، وإنه فرصة لنشر ثقافة التعايش والتسامح بين الناس، دون النظر لدينهم أو لونهم. محتويات البحث: ولقد جاءت الدراسة في: مقدمة، وفصلين، ثم خاتمة، وقائمة بالمصادر والمراجع. من نتائج البحث: 1- سياسة التعايش السلمي التي فعلتها الدولة الإسلامية تجاه غير المسلمين، والتي هي جزء من الحضارة الإسلامية، أمر بها القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية. 2- الرسول - صلى الله عليه وسلم – وقع معاهدات تعايش سلام مع قبائل صغيرة حول المدينة، ليبعث برسالة سلام الجميع. 3- كان اتفاق المدينة بين المسلمين ويهود المدينة أساس التعايش السلمي بينهما، ثم الرسول والخلفاء وقع معاهدات مع النصارى؛ فأصبح هناك تعايش بين المسلمين واليهود والنصارى. 4- يقول الاتفاق أن الناس جميعاً يعيشون في وحدة الإنسانية الجامعة، الكل عليه واجبات وله حقوق، دون النظر للدين او اللون، وأن حقوق المواطنة، لا يمكن التنازل عنها أو بعضها. 5- الخلفاء بعد الرسول فعلوا مع غير المسلمين. مثل النبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم -. 6- كتب المؤرخون العديد من المواقف التاريخية التي تظهر التعايش السلمي مع غير المسلمين، منذ قيام الدولة الإسلامية في المدينة. 7- الجزية لم تكن اختراعاً إسلامياً، وإنما كانت موجودة في الأمم السابقة. 8- اتضح من التعايش السلمي بين المسلمين وغيرهم أن وحدة أصول الأديان الثلاثة – (يهودية ونصرانية وإسلام)- يجعلها قريبة من بعضها من إلى الحد الذي يسمح بفتح آفاق التحاور بينها. 9- أثبت التاريخ أن المسلمين قبلوا يعيشوا مع المشرك والتعايش معه حتى في وقت الحروب معهم، وأن الرسول منذ هجرته كان، يتمنى توقيع معاهدة سلام وتعايش مع كفار مكة، وتحقق ذلك في صلح الحديبية العام السادس الهجري. 10- المواطنة التي منحتها الدولة الإسلامية للمسلمين والمسيحيين واليهود المقيمين فيها، منحت أيضاً لأصحاب الديانات الغير سماوية، مثل المجوس والصابئة.

The one who disagrees with you in religion is: the Jew, the Christian, the polytheist, etc. And because peaceful coexistence ordered by the Holy Quran and Sunnah, it has become the most important pillars of the Islamic state's policy towards non-Muslims, and one of the pillars of Islamic civilization. The importance of this research The aim of the research is to reduce the manifestations of hatred and fanaticism by some extremist groups, to emphasize the value of citizenship and co-existence among the members of the society, and to face ideas that are far from the tolerance of religions and an opportunity to spread a culture of coexistence and tolerance among people without regard to their religion or color. Searchcontents: The study came in: Introduction, two chapters, then a conclusion, and a list of sources and references From search results: 1- The policy of peaceful coexistence that the Islamic State has done towards non-Muslims, which is part of the Islamic civilization; ordered by the Holy Quran and Sunnah. 2- Prophet – peace be upon him – signed the treaties of coexistence of peace with small tribes around the Madina, to send a message of peace for everyone. 3- the Madina's agreement between the Muslims and the Jews of the Madina،basis of peaceful coexistence between them, then the Prophet and the Caliphs signed treaties with the Christians; there became a coexistence between Muslims and Jews and Christians. 4- The agreement says that all people live in the unity of the whole humanity, all have duties and rights, without regard to religion or color, and that the rights of citizenship can not be waived or some of them. 5- Rashedon caliphate did with non-Muslims. Like the Prophet – peace be upon him -. 6- Historians mentioned many historical positions that show peaceful coexistence with non-Muslims since the establishment of the Islamic state in the Madina. 7- Jizya was not an Islamic invention, but existed in the former nations. 8- It is clear from the peaceful coexistence between Muslims and others that the unity of the origins of the three religions – Judaism, Christianity and Islam – makes them close enough to allow for dialogue between them. 9- History has proven that Muslims accepted to live with the polytheist and coexist with him even in time of war with them, and that the Prophet since his emigration was hoping to sign a treaty of peace and coexistence with the infidels of Mecca, and achieve this in the reconciliation Hudaibiah year 6 AH. 10- The citizenship granted by the Islamic State to Muslims, Christians and Jews living there was also granted to non-heavenly religions, such as the Magi and Sabean.
