520 |a يتمحور منهج أصحاب الأفكار المتطرفة في الصد عن سبيل الله بشتى الوسائل والسبل، والدعوة إلى الباطل، من خلال مصادر يزعم فيها القداسة، ورموز يزعم فيهم العصمة، وترتكز آليات توظيف أصحاب الأفكار المتطرفة للتكنولوجيا الحديثة في: إحكام التخطيط ودقته زماناً ومكاناً وأسلوباً ومنهجاً ومتابعة، وتصنيع الدعاة وتحديد الثغر الدعوي الملائم لهم، وتوافر الموارد المالية من الجهات الدامعة وغير الداعمة، وامتلاك الوسائل وتجديدها وابتكارها وحسن تسويقها وتوظيفها، والاهتمام بالعمل المؤسسي ومقوماته وغياب الأعمال العشوائية الفردية، وإدراك فقه التعامل مع شتى الفئات العمرية، ويتطلب مواجهة أصحاب الأفكار المتطرفة: إحكام التخطيط ودقته من جانب دعاة الحق زماناً ومكاناً وأسلوباً ومنهجاً ومتابعة، مع ضرورة توافر الموارد المالية، وتصنيع الدعاة، وتحديد الثغر الدعوي الملائم لهم، وامتلاك الوسائل وابتكارها وتسويقها، ودراسة الواقع، والاهتمام بالعمل المؤسسي ومقوماته، وإدراك فقه التعامل الدعوي مع شتى الفئات، ومعالجة الأزمات ومتابعة ورقابة الأعمال، ويعد من أبرز معوقات توظيف وسائل التكنولوجيا الحديثة في الدعوة إلى الله لمواجهة أصحاب الأفكار المتطرفة: ضعف إعداد الدعاة، والخلاف بين الدعاة في مشروعية الوسائل وعدم مشروعيتها، وقلة الموارد المالية لدى الدعاة والمؤسسات الحاضنة، والعمل الفردي العشوائي وغياب العمل الجماعي المؤسسي، وكثرة الشبهات المثارة حول الدعوة والدعاة، وغياب التخطيط الدعوي المحدد زماناً ومكاناً وآلية ومتابعة، وغياب فقه التعامل الدعوي مع الفئات المستهدفة، والتعصب والعمل تحت راية جاهلية، وضعف التسويق الشبكي (الدعاية والإعلان) للمنتج التكنولوجي الدعوي، والجهل بطبيعة الدعوة.
