|b This study has been specialized in the study of the proposition of Fukuyama, which came intellectually theoretically in the new world order, during the era that followed the fall of the former soviet union, the starting point of intellectual vision for Fukuyama for the future of the world in the 21st century, this study has sought from that to identify the impact of these propositions on American political thought, thus U.S. foreign policy. This study is the characterization and analysis of proposition hypotheses of Fukuyama, which have had adverse effect and serious repercussion on the political thought and human. The new world order, and analysis the relationship betweenthought and political practice that appeared in the proposition in American politics, and the future of this proposition in the light of current U.S. intellectual studies. The importance of this study lies as being an analytical comparative study to the proposition of Fukuyama, and the practice of his scientific thoughts in American politics, as well as, the significance of using descriptive analytical method and the comparative method, by referring to the texts of the preposition of Fukuyama and his studies and academic essays that followed his intellectual propositions, in particular after the events of September 11 2001, and the changes in the attitudes of intellectual, and dealing with them by analysis and interpretation. The study tried to answer the main question, which is related to the title and content of this study, the effect of Fukuyama's propositions on the American political thought in light of the new world order. This study presented and provided, in depth, analysis to answer the sub questions of the study in three chapters, which are related to the intellectual visions both of Fukuyama and Huntington for the future of the new world order. The study concluded that many of the most important results were verifying the hypotheses, that the propositions of Fukuyama came intellectual theoretically to the new world order, to strengthen the intellectual values of neo liberalism, and to legislate the U.S. hegemony in the world. The main findings of the study were that the theoretical ideological Fukuyama in light of the new world order, is theoretical for ideological and economic interests at the first place, and it does not fall within the political ideology and science of ideas. This theory does not explain the reality of human societies, as far as, biasing it in favor of the dominance of American states as an empire super system in the new world order.
