المستخلص: منهج البحث: المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي، وقد جاء هذا البحث لذكر أصول مسائل الرضاع دون الفروع، وتوضيح اختلاف الفقهاء فيها، ومن ثم الترجيح بين أقوالهم. وقد اقتضت طبيعة البحث تقسيمه إلى مقدمة وتمهيد ومقصد وخاتمة وفهارس. اشتملت المقدمة على سبب اختيار البحث وأهميته وخطته والمنهج المتبع في كتابته. وجاء التمهيد تقديما لفقه المشكل والرضاع، واشتمل على مطلبين. وكان المقصد بعنوان بيان المشكل من نصوص الكتاب والسنة في باب الرضاع، وقد اشتمل على أربعة مطالب. ثم ختم البحث بخاتمة بها أهم نتائج البحث وتوصياته، وكشاف الموضوعات.

The research method: the inductive analytical approach, and this research came to mention the origins of the issues of breastfeeding without branches, and to clarify the differences of the fuqaha'a in it, and then weighting between their statements. The nature of the research required its division into an introduction, a preface, a purpose, a conclusion, and a catalogue. The introduction included the reason for the choice of research, its importance, its plan and the method used to write it. The introduction came in advance of the jurisprudence of the problem and breastfeeding and included two demands. The purpose was to explain the problem of the texts of the Book and the Sunnah in Bab al-Reba, and it included four demands. The research was concluded with a conclusion that concluded with the most important results of the research and its recommendations, and the discovery of topics.
