المستخلص: من الموضوعات المهمة التي تناولها القرآن الكريم موضوع الطغاة والطغيان، الذي كان محورا هاما في كتاب الله تعالى، يوضح مفهوم الطغاة، والتعريف بالطاغين وأنواعهم وصفاتهم، وبواعث الطغيان لديهم وأساليبهم ومصائرهم. وقد وردت كلمة (طغى) ومشتقاتها في تسعة وثلاثين موضعا من القرآن الكريم، بصيغ وتصريفات مختلفة: (طغى، يطغى، أطغى، تطغوا، طغوا، أطغيته، طغيان، طغوى، طاغية، طاغوت، طاغين، طاغون)، ويمكن القول بأن هذه المعاني يجمعها شيء واحد ألا وهو المعنى اللغوي لكلمة الطغيان: (مجاوزة الحد)، مع عدم إغفال السياق القرآني الذي يضفي معان جديدة على الكلمات أثناء البحث والتحقيق. من هنا أردت دراسة هذه الألفاظ دراسة في إطار السياق القرآني، لما للسياق من أثر بالغ في بيان دلالات الألفاظ، فالسياق وليد علم الدلالة، فهو يعد من أهم القرائن التي تكشف عن المعنى وتوجهه، إذ يتفق جميع علماء الدلالة على أن للكلمة معنى معجميا، ومعنى سياقيا تكتسبه في السياق، حيث يقوم السياق اللغوي بتحديد معنى الوحدات اللغوية ويفرق بين معاني المشترك اللفظي، ومن هذا المنطلق غدا السياق أداة فاعلة لا يمكن الاستغناء عنه في التحليل للوصول إلى المعنى. فجاءت هذه الدراسة على النحو التالي:- تمهيد وقد اشتمل على أمرين: أولا: نظرية السياق، وأثرها في تحديد وشرح المعنى. ثانيا: مفهوم الطغيان في العربية. – البحث الأول: الطغيان بمعنى العصيان. – المبحث الثاني: الطغيان بمعنى الضلال. – المبحث الثالث: الطغيان بمعنى الكفر. – المبحث الرابع: الطغيان بمعنى الكثرة والارتفاع. – المبحث الخامس: الطغيان بمعنى الظلم. – المبحث السادس: الطاغوت في السياق القرآني. ثم خاتمة اشتملت على أهم نتائج البحث، ثم أتبعت ذلك بفهرس للآيات القرآنية، وثبت لمراجع البحث.

The topic of Transgression (Tughyan) and A False God-Deity (Tāġhūt) is the most important topic addressed by the Holy Qur'ân, which was an important matter in the Book of Allāh Almighty. The concept of tyrannizers, and the definition, kinds and characteristics of tyrants as well as their motivations, methods and destiny are outlined in the Holy Qur'ân. The word (ṭāġha) "be tyrannize" and its derivatives was mentioned in thirty-nine positions in the Holy Qur'ân with different forms and inflections such as (ṭāġha "(has) transgressed", ytġhā "he will transgress", Atġhā "more rebellious", Tātġhu "you may transgress", Tāġhu "transgressed", Atġhytoh "I made him transgress", Tuġhyan "transgression", Tāġhwa "transgression", Tāġhia "Tyrannizer", Tāġhūt " A False God-Deity", Tāġheen and Tāġhūn "the false deities"). It can be said that these meanings are combined by one meaning, namely, the linguistic meaning of the word Tuġhyan "transgression": "to go beyond the measure" while keeping in mind the Qur’anic context that gives new meanings to the words during research and examination. Accordingly, I wanted to study these terms within the context of the Qur’anic context because the context has deeply impact on indicating the semantics. The context is emerged out of the semantics; it is considered one of the most important clues that reveal the meaning. As all the scholars of semantics agree that the word has a lexical meaning, and a contextual meaning to be acquired in the context. The linguistic context determines the meaning of the linguistic units and differentiates the meanings of Homonymy. Therefore, the context has become an indispensable and effective tool in analysis for getting the meaning. This study can be divided as follows: The preface includes two topics: Firstly, the context theory and its impact on defining and explaining the meaning. Secondly, the concept of transgression (Tughyan) in Arabic. The first chapter includes the meaning of Tughyan as disobedience. The second chapter includes the meaning of Tughyan as misleading. The third chapter includes the meaning of Tughyan as Atheism. The fourth chapter includes the meaning of Tughyan as height or summit. The fifth chapter includes the meaning of Tughyan as tyranny. The sixth chapter includes the meaning of Tughyan according to the Qur’anic context. Then, a conclusion which includes the most important findings of the research, the index of Qur’anic verses and the research references.
