المستخلص: L’épistémologie en matière de psychopathologie a évolué et s’est constituée en courants, étayés par des notions plus au moins spécifiques et engageant des approches différentes, selon trois principes théoriques: le principe étiologique (nature), le principe clinique (principe du sens) et le principe holistique (totalité) qui, en combinant leurs différents critères donneraient lieu à des courants psychopathologiques assez divers. Dans ces courants, on retrouve la psychiatrie biologique, la caractérologie, la psychanalyse, la psychologie clinique, la psychanalyse familiale, la thérapie familiale systémique, la caractérologie familiale clinique, la psychopathologie culturelle, la psychopathologie contextuelle, la thérapie cognitivo-comportemetale et la thérapie humaniste.

تطورت إبستمولوجية علم النفس المرضي وتهيكلت على شكل تيارات، وتدعمت بمفاهيم خاصة نسبيا، تؤدي إلى مقاربات مختلفة، وقفا لثلاثة مبادئ نظرية. هذه المبادئ هي: المبدأ الإتيولوجي (الطبيعة)، المبدأ العيادي (مبدأ المعنى) ومبدأ الشمولية (المجموع). ويؤدي تركيب معاييرها المختلفة إلى ظهور تيارات سيكوباثولوجية متعددة. نجد في هذه التيارات: الطب العقلي البيولوجي، وعلم الطباع، والتحليل النفسي، وعلم النفس العيادي، والتحليل النفسي الأسري، والعلاج الأسري النسقي، وعلم الطباع الأسري العيادي، وعلم النفس المرضي الثقافي، وعلم النفس المرضي السياقي، والعلاج المعرفي السلوكي والعلاج الإنساني.

Epistemology in psychopathology has evolved and consisted into currents, supported by more or less specific notions and engaging different approaches, according to three theoretical principles. These three principles are: the etiological principle, the clinical principle and the holistic principle, that, by combining their different criteria, would result in quite various psychopathological currents. Among these currents there are: biological psychiatry, characterology, psychoanalysis, clinical psychology, family psychoanalysis, systemic family therapy, clinical family characterology, cultural psychopathology and contextual psychopathology.
