المستخلص: During the last quarter of the twentieth century, communication technology witnessed remarkable developments. One of the most prominent manifestations was the growing role of computers and the international information network, the emergence of which was a global communication and information revolution. With the increasing number of users of this network, there were many questions about the role that could play Internet between the means of communication and about the expected impact on both the public and the means of communication (1). The emergence of the Internet and the speed at which it provides information has led news agencies to establish websites on the Internet and to search for modern means to facilitate the process of obtaining information easily and quickly. The media, who are looking for information and quick news to cover their topics and refer to their backgrounds easily across dozens or hundreds of sites, and as the news agency broadcasts a day of dozens of news and topics. They will certainly find themselves in need of an electronic news archive to make it easier to get it quickly and easily. Therefore, we find that most news agencies have a previous archive of their news in order to reduce the time and effort of the search, despite the diversity of archiving methods for them, the end result is to provide an information service to the beneficiaries. With the technological development of the websites and the continuous flow of a huge amount of information, the main problem is not access to information as much as it is to understand this information and put it in a meaningful context and therefore the preferences of the audience of these sites cannot be limited in any way to access or access On news articles as the user audience is already getting.
