|a هذه الدراسة تزاوج بين المشكلات المعاصرة وبين السنة النبوية، وهو تنمية موارد الغذاء، استنادا إلى ما جاء في نصوص القرآن الكريم وبينته السنة النبوية، وما جاء من إجراءات فعلية واقعية تم تنفيذها في عصر النبوة والخلفاء الراشدين، وإبراز ما تميزت به التنمية في الإسلام من ضوابط هدفها المحافظة على سلامة الأحياء من إنسان وحيوان ونبات، وربط ذلك بالثواب والعقاب الأخروي. وقد وضع الإسلام القواعد والأصول التي تهدف إلى تنمية موارد الغذاء، وهي من المرونة بحيث تصلح لكل زمان ومكان، وتضمن توفير الغذاء وتنميته واستبقاءه، وقد ركز البحث على الموردين الأساسيين للغذاء وهما الغذاء الحيواني والنباتي، وتنميتهما في ضوء الأحاديث النبوية. وفي هذا إحياء وإظهار السنن التي تم تنفيذها في عصر النبوة، ومحاولة إسقاطها على الواقع لما لها من فوائد دينية ودنيوية، وبيان السياسة الشرعية القاضية بحماية الأمة وتأمين ثغرات المسغبة والعجز وحفظ وتنمية مقدراتها؛ لنفع الحاضر وتأمين المستقبل للأجيال اللاحقة.

|b This study mates between contemporary problems and the Sunnah of the Prophet, which is the development of food resources, based on what was stated in the texts of the Noble Qur’an and explained by the Prophet’s Sunnah. Its goal is to maintain the safety of the living person, animal and plant, and to link this with reward and other punishment. Islam has laid down the rules and principles that aim to develop food resources, and they are flexible enough to fit every time and place, and ensure the provision of food, its development and its retention. And in this reviving and showing the Sunnah that were implemented in the era of the prophecy, and trying to bring it down to reality because of its religious and worldly benefits. And a statement of the legal policy of protecting the nation and securing the loopholes of desire and impotence, and preserving and developing its capabilities to benefit the present and secure the future for future generations.
