المستخلص: اصطفي الله سبحانه وتعالي مكة من بين سائر البلدان، وأمر إبراهيم وإسماعيل عليه السلام برفع قواعد بيته العتيق، لإقامة شعائر الدين، ومن أعظم شعائر الدين التي فرضت على جميع الأنبياء والمرسلين: شعيرة الحج والطواف بالبيت العتيق، فأصبح البيت قبلة للمسلمين، ومهوى لأفئدتهم ملبين له وزائرين، والطواف شعيرة ودعامة يستند عليها منسكا الحج والعمرة، ومع تتابع الزمان، وتغير أحوال وأفعال المكلفين القاصدين للمسجد الحرام، وقعت وقائع، واستجدت نوازل في أحكام الطواف، استدعت اهتمام الباحثين؛ لمعرفة الحكم الشرعي فيها، فدعت الحاجة إلى معرفة حكم ذلك، ومدي صحة الطواف. وتتضح أهمية الموضوع في أن تمام الطواف وصحته ينبني عليه: تمام النسك وصحته أيضا، ولا يكاد يخلو بيت الله الحرام من الطائفين، ومعرفة الأحكام المترتبة على الطواف هو خدمة للدين ولقاصدي بيت الله الحرام من الطائفين، وذلك بتقديم دراسات فقهية تجاه ما يستجد من وقائع ونوازل في أفعال المكلفين، ومازالت الحاجة قائمة للدراسة ومعرفة أقوال الفقهاء في حكم انقطاع الأشواط، وبيان الأصول والفروع التي تم تكييف النازلة عليها. وفي ضوء ذلك كان المنهج المتبع في دراسة المسألة هو المنهج التحليلي الوصفي.

There is still a need to study and know the sayings of jurists regarding the rule of interruption, and to clarify the origins and branches that have been adapted down.in light of this, the approach used to study the issue was the descriptive analytical approach. the procedural steps were according to the procedures followed in scientific research, and the research was divided into an introduction, then it was added to two topics in each topic, three demands, and they were appended with a conclusion and indexes.
