تناولت الدراسة التعريف برأس المال الجريء مقارنا مع الاستثمار بالمشاركة المعروفة في الفقه الإسلامي. وانتهت الدراسة إلى أن هناك علاقة ارتباط بين الاستثمار برأس المال الجريء والاستثمار بالمشاركة؛ حيث يرتبطان بمجال ريح المشروع الذي يتم فيه تحديد الكفاءة لرأس المال، والحصول على العائد الذي يتكافأ مع المساهمة الفعلية في العملية الإنتاجية، ويشجع هذا أصحاب المنشآت على الدخول في مخاطرة الاستثمار، والابتعاد عن الفوائد الريوية. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن تنفيذ أهداف خطط التنمية يعد من أهم دوافع تطبيق الاستثمار برأس المال الجريء، وأن الرغبة في توضيح شمولية الشريعة الإسلامية؛ من أهم دوافع تطبيق الاستثمار بالمشاركة، وأكد المشاركون في الدراسة على وجود بعض المعوقات للاستثمار برأس المال الجريء أهمها: عدم وجود معلومات كافية عن رأس المال الجريء، وعدم وجود داعمين للمشاريع والأفكار، وعدم معرفة أغلبية المجتمع بنموذج الاستثمار بالمشاركة. وبناة على ذلك يوصي الباحثان بدعم وتشجيع الاستثمار برأس المال الجريء من خلال المشاركة المعروفة في الفقه الإسلامي.
This study discusses the definition of the venture capital. Compared with the Investment by the Musharakah in the Islamic Feqh. This study found that the investment with venture capital is strongly correlated with that of the musharakah capital in the way of the project profit which determines the capital adequacy and obtaining the return that commensurate with the actual contribution of production process. It encourages business owners taking the investment risk, and being away from usurious interests. The findings of this study show that, from the standpoint of the study participants, the point "to implement the development plans" was the most significant drive to carry out venture capital investment. Moreover, from the standpoint of the study participants, the point "the need to show the comprehensiveness of the Islamic Sharia" was the most significant drive to carry out partnership investment (the Musharakah). The participants of the study indicated to some obstacles to venture capital investment, the most significant of which are: lack of sufficient information on venture capital and lack of supporters of projects and ideas and majority of the society members don’t know much about partnership investment (the Musharakah). Based on the study results, the researchers recommend banks to encourage and support the investment of the venture capital through Musharakah concept in the Islamic Feqh.
