ذكر الباحث في المقدمة خطة البحث، ومنهجه، وبيان أهميته باختصار. ثم ذكر في التمهيد معنى الأداء، والشهادة، والقضاء، وبين معنى أداء الشهادة وأنه: تبليغ الشهادة للحاكم في مجلس الحكم. ثم ذكر في المبحث الأول: التعريف بلغة الإشارة، وأنها: نظام لغوي يعتمد على استخدام رموز يدوية لإيصال المعلومات للآخرين، وللتعبير عن المفاهيم والأفكار، ثم ذكر نبذة تاريخية عن نشأة لغة الإشارة. وفي المبحث الثاني: ذكر معنى الأخرس، ثم بين حكم شهادته بالإشارة، وذكر الأقوال في ذلك، وأن الراجح هو قبولها بإشارته المفهومة. وفي المبحث الثالث: ذكر مسألة ترجمة الشهادة، وأنه يجب ترجمتها إذا لم يعرف القاضي لغة الشاهد، وذكر أن الراجح أنه يكفي مترجم واحد. وفي المبحث الرابع: ذكر أحوال أداء الشهادة بلغة الإشارة، وأنه لا يحتاج إلى مترجم لغة الإشارة في أكثر الحالات، وإذا احتاج له فإنه لابد من مترجمين اثنين احتياطا للشهادة. ثم ختم الباحث البحث بذكر خاتمة بين فيها أبرز النتائج التي توصل إليها. وصلى الله على نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين.

In the second topic: he mentioned the meaning of speechless, then he explained the judgment of his testimony by Sign, and mentioned the sayings in that, and most likelyis to accepthis understandable sign. In the third topic: he mentioned the issue of translating the testimony, and that it must be translated if the judge does not know the language of the witness and stated that the most likelyis that one translator suffices. And in the fourth topic: mentioning the conditions of performing the testimony in sign language, and that he does not need a sign language interpreter in most cases, but if he needs it, two translators must be for the testimony.
