المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار أثر الصادرات على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1990 – 2018) باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للإبطاء الزمني الموزع ARDL، توصلت الدراسة إلى أن للصادرات خارج المحروقات أثر ايجابي ضعيف نسبيا على النمو الاقتصادي على المدى القصير والطويل بالنظر لضعف الصادرات خارج المحروقات، أما بالنسبة لصادرات المحروقات فأثرها ايجابي على المدى القصير ليصبح سلبيا على المدى الطويل، وفي الأخير توصي الدراسة بتبني سياسة تشجيع الصادرات خارج المحروقات، وذلك من خلال توجيه الفوائض من العائدات النفطية لإقامة الصناعات الإنتاجية القادرة على منافسة المنتجات العالمية.

This study aims to test the impact of exports on economic growth in Algeria during the period (2018-1990) using ARDL, the study found that non-hydrocarbon exports have an impact Positive relatively weak on economic growth in the short and long term due to weak that non-hydrocarbon exports, but for hydrocarbon exports, their impact is positive in the short term to become negative in the long run, Finally, the study recommends the adoption of an non-hydrocarbon export promotion policy by directing Surpluses of oil revenues to establish productive industries capable of competing with global products.

Cette étude vise à tester l’impact des exportations sur la croissance économique en Algérie au cours de la période (2018-1990) en utilisant ARDL, l’étude a constaté que les exportations en dehors des hydrocarbures ont un impact positif relativement faible sur la croissance économique à court terme Compte tenu de la faiblesse des exportations en dehors des hydrocarbures, l’impact sur les exportations d’hydrocarbures est positif à court terme pour devenir négatif à long terme, et enfin l’étude recommande l’adoption d’une politique de promotion des exportations en dehors des hydrocarbures, en orientant les excédents de recettes pétrolières pour établir des industries productives capables de rivaliser avec les produits mondiaux.
