| 520 | |a يقترح هذا المقال القيام بمقاربة علمية لمراجعة دليل المستخدم تطبيقا على دليل استخدام هاتف أيفون أنموذجا. وبعد تحديد خصائص صياغة هذا الدليل والكشف عن مدى فعاليته لدى المستخدم مع تفادي الخوض في تفاصيل صعوبات الفهم، أولينا أهمية أكثر للصعوبات المتعلقة بالجانب الاصطلاحي وترجمة التمثيلات والأشكال الأيقونية وكيفية التعامل معها في اللغة العربية، وركزنا على الصعوبات المتعلقة بجانب التصميم وتقديم المعلومات في دليل المستخدم. وللإشارة فإن هذا الدليل جاء في سياق ثقافي مخالف للسياق الثقافي للناطقين بالعربية الذين ليس لديهم بالضرورة نفس الصور والإحالات التي تنتج في ثقافة مخالفة. | ||
| 520 | |b This article proposes to approach the revision activity within the specific framework of user guides. After defining their characteristics, it is a matter of showing how the effectiveness - or ineffectiveness - of these documents can be revealed by studying their use and trying to analyze the difficulties encountered by the drafters responsible for their design. We will not go into detail about the difficulties of comprehension which it presents even in its original English version. We will rather insist on the additional difficulties due to the fact that we are dealing with a translation, in a language, Arabic, which is not that of the designers and in a culture which does not necessarily have the same references or the same images. We will retain three types of difficulties: those due to the terminological aspect, those related to problems of translation of icons and figures and those related to design. | ||
| 520 | |d Cet article propose d’aborder les problèmes liés aux difficultés de compréhension des notices et guides d’utilisation élaborés par les fabricants à l’intention des utilisateurs. Ces difficultés sont exacerbées quand les guides sont traduits dans une autre langue, notamment, l’arabe qui n’est pas celle des concepteurs et sont élaborés dans un context socioculturel différent de celui des utilisateurs. L’efficacité, ou l’inefficacité, de ces documents peut être révélée, donc, par l’étude de leur utilisation en particulier en ce qui concerne la compréhension de la terminologie utilisée dans la traduction des icônes et des figures. L’analyse fait ressortir trois types de difficultés, d’abord, celles liées aux aspects terminologiques, ensuite, celles en rapport avec la traduction des icônes et des figures et enfin celles liées à la conception même du document. | ||
