المستخلص: هدف البحث تعرف دور مؤسسات رياض الأطفال حول تنمية المواطنة لدى الأطفال من وجهة نظر معلمات الرياض، وعلاقته ببعض المتغيرات وهي "عدد الدورات التدريبية، عدد سنوات خبرة المعلمة''، واتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لمناسبته لطبيعة البحث، واستخدمت بطاقة ملاحظة لتحقيق هدف البحث، وطبقت على عينة من معلمات رياض الأطفال الرسمية في مدينة دمشق بلغ عددهن (30) معلمة، وقد وضعت مجموعة من الفرضيات اختبرت صدقها، وأظهرت نتائج البحث ما يلي: (1) وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات إجابات المعلمات على بطاقة الملاحظة تبعا لمتغير عدد سنوات الخبرة. (2) وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات إجابات المعلمات على بطاقة الملاحظة تبعاً لمتغير عدد الدورات التدريبية. وخلص البحث إلى مجموعة من المقترحات تتعلق بتطوير أنشطة الأطفال بالشكل الذي يؤدي فيه إلى زيادة المواطنة لدى الأطفال، والأخذ بآراء معلمات رياض الأطفال في محافظة دمشق حول سلوكيات المواطنة الواجب تنميتها لدى الأطفال لما لها من أهمية في بناء شخصية الطفل المواطن المدرك لحقوقه وواجباته الوطنية.

This research aimed at identifying the role of kindergarten teachers on the development of the concepts of citizenship in children from their point of view and its relation to some variables, namely, "the teacher's specialty, the type of teacher's certificate, the number of years of teacher experience. "The researcher followed the analytical descriptive approach to the nature of the research, And applied to a sample of kindergarten teachers in the city of Damascus, the number of (50) teachers, or 53% of the original community, has developed a set of hypotheses tested honesty, and the researcher found that there are no significant differences between the average scores of the answers to the questionnaire Depending on the specialization variable Scientific research. There were no statistically significant differences between the average score of the responses of the teachers on the questionnaire according to the variable of the type of certificate. There were statistically significant differences between the mean scores of kindergarten teachers' responses to the questionnaire according to the variable number of years of experience. The researcher suggested taking the views of the kindergarten teachers in Damascus about the concepts of citizenship that should be developed in children because they are important in building the personality of the citizen child who is aware of his national rights and duties, encouraging kindergarten teachers to learn about the innovations in the field because it is important in building the personality of the child Their roles in preparing children for the concepts of citizenship with efficiency and effectiveness.
