المستخلص: يحاول هذا المقال تسليط الضوء على دور الخدمات السياحية للنهوض بالقطاع السياحي في ولاية بشار، ومحاولة التعرف على أهمية القطاع السياحي، باعتبار صناعة السياحة صناعة خدمات، حيث تعتمد على تقديم خدمات الراحة والإطعام، والرحلات السياحية، والنقل والتسوق والترفيه، وغيرها إلى الكثير من السياح، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم توزيع 50 استبانة على السياح الوافدين لولاية بشار في الفترة الممتدة بين شهري فيفري ومارس 2019، وبعد إسترجاع الاستمارات الموزعة على أفراد العينة، وتحليل الإجابات خلصت الدراسة لضرورة الاهتمام بالخدمات السياحية الأساسية - البني التحتية، الإطعام، الإيواء، الوكالات السياحية - من أجل النهوض بالقطاع السياحي في ولاية بشار.

This article attempts to shed light on the role of tourism services to promote tourism sector in Bechar city, and try to identify the importance of tourism sector, and considering the tourism industry as a service industry. Tourism industry relies on the provision of rest and catering services, trips, transport, shopping and entertainment and other things for many tourists. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, 50 questionnaires were distributed to tourists coming to Bechar in the period between February and March 2019. After retrieving the questionnaires distributed to the sample members, and analyzing the answers, the study concluded the necessity to pay attention to the basic tourism services - infrastructure, Feeding, accommodation, tourism member agencies so as to improve tourism sector in Bechar city.

Cet article tente de faire la lumière sur le rôle des services touristique dans la promotion de la filière tourisme dans la wilaya de Bechar, et tente de cerner l'importance de la filière tourisme, considérant l'industrie du tourisme comme une industrie de services, qui repose sur la fourniture de services de confort et de restauration, le shopping et le divertissement. Et à de nombreux touristes et pour atteindre les objectifs de l'étude, 50 questionnaire ont été distribués à des touristes venant de Bechar entre février et mars 2019 et après avoir récupéré les formulaires distribués à l'échantillon, et une analyse des réponses concluait la nécessité d’un intérêt pour les services de tourisme de base- brun En dessous de moi Alimentation hébergement, agences de tourisme - pour promouvoir le secteur du tourisme dans la wilaya de Béchar.
