المستخلص: The goal of the research graduation project to study the reality of education at Fatima Zahra Elementary Mixed School, located on the outskirts of the capital Amman, in the al-Mu'waqed Brigade, in a village called "Al Faisaliah", was founded in 2013, a mixed primary school with males and females. My school has 78 students, 7 female teachers, and the administrative sits number 1 and is the principal of the school. The following areas were studied: field of vision and mission, field of learner, "student", field of learning community, field of school leadership, field of sustainable professional development, field of community participation, field of information technology tools, field of optimal use of school resources, the researcher used the descriptive analytical curriculum, and the tool of data sources was: interviews. Listings, write-off lists, grade ladders, visits, business reports, records. The study reached the following conclusions: the school became interested in building a participatory vision by engaging the school community and the local community. And the student's self-reliance in many areas of learning where the student became using the tools of technology in his home and everywhere, there is no interest in developing the skills and abilities of teachers, improving their performance because of the weakness in measuring and identifying the needs of the members of the school community, there are no plans to promote and activate the culture of community partnership, the lack of appropriate courses for the needs of teachers and the non-compliance of teachers for training courses and lack of attendance, there are no computer labs to meet the uses and the school community, and the need to introduce technology into Most of the school work where the culture of using technology has become more positive Distribution of awareness leaflets explaining the role of parents and the local community in formulating the school vision, the researcher recommends at the end of the research: motivating parents and the community to participate in the formulation of the school vision and honoring parents and the community to participate in the formulation of the school vision, holding visits in time to the teacher and providing appropriate transportation training courses for teachers focused on how they formulate plans and activate them to provide teachers with the necessary skills To communicate with the parents through the work of seminars, lectures and courses to encourage and motivate teachers to communicate work plans at the beginning of the academic year to activate community participation, hold a meeting to show the importance of community participation.

هدف مشروع التخرج البحثي لدراسة واقع التعليم في مدرسة فاطمة الزهراء الأساسية المختلطة وهي تقع في ضواحي العاصمة عمان، في لواء الموقر، في قرية تسمى "الفيصلية". تأسست مدرستي حديثاً في عام ٢٠١٣، وهي مدرسة أساسية مختلطة تضم ذكور وإناث. كما وتحتوي مدرستي على ٧٨ طالب وطالبة و٧ معلمات، والإداريات فيها عدد ١ وهي مديرة المدرسة. المراحل التعليمية في مدرستي تبدأ من الصف الأول الأساسي إلى الخامس الأساسي وبعدد شعبة واحدة لكل صف. تتبع مدرستي لمديرية البادية الوسطى لواء الموقر في وزارة التربية والتعليم. تم دراسة المجالات التالية: مجال الرؤية والرسالة، مجال المتعلم "الطالب"، مجال مجتمع التعلم، مجال القيادة المدرسية، مجال التنمية المهنية المستدامة، مجال المشاركة المجتمعية، مجال أدوات تكنولوجيا المعلومات، مجال الاستخدام الأمثل للموارد المدرسية، استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وكانت أداة مصادر البيانات هي: المقابلات. الاستبانات. قوائم الشطب سلالم التقدير، الزيارات، تقارير العمل السجلات. توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: أصبحت المدرسة تهتم ببناء رؤية تشاركية وذلك بإشراك المجتمع المدرسي والمجتمع المحلي. لم تكن المدرسة تهتم بالأنشطة التي تثبتها بل كانت الأنشطة تختار بشكل عشوائي لعدم وجود المعرفة والخبرة الكافية بذلك. واعتماد الطالب على نفسه في كثير من مواطن التعلم حيث أصبح الطالب يستخدم أدوات التكنولوجيا في بيته وفى كل مكان، لا يوجد اهتمام بتطوير مهارات وقدرات المعلمين، وتحسين أدائهم وذلك لوجود ضعف في قياس وتحديد الحاجات لأفراد المجتمع المدرسي، لا يوجد خطط لتعزيز وتفعيل ثقافة الشراكة المجتمعية، عدم وجود دورات مناسبة لحاجات المعلمات وعدم امتثال المعلمات للدورات التدريبية وعدم حضورها، لا توجد مختبرات حاسوب لتلبية استخدامات الطلاب والمجتمع المدرسي، وضرورة إدخال التكنولوجيا في أغلب الأعمال المدرسية حيث أصبحت ثقافة استخدام التكنولوجيا أكثر إيجابية توزيع نشرات توعوية توضح دور أولياء الأمور والمجتمع المحلي في صياغة الرؤية المدرسية، توصي الباحثة في نهاية البحث بما يلي: تحفيز أولياء الأمور والمجتمع المحلي على المشاركة في صياغة الرؤية المدرسية وتكريم أولياء الأمور والمجتمع المحلي على المشاركة في صياغة الرؤية المدرسية وعقد الزيارات في الوقت المناسب للمعلمة وتوفير المواصلات المناسبة عقد دورات تدريب للمعلمات تركز على كيفية صياغتهن للخطط وتفعيلها تزويد المعلمات بالمهارات اللازمة للتواصل مع الأهالي من خلال عمل ندوات ومحاضرات ودورات تشجيع وتحفيز المعلمات على التواصل عمل خطط في بداية العام الدراسي لتفعيل المشاركة المجتمعية، عقد اجتماع لبيان أهمية المشاركة المجتمعية.
