المستخلص: تناولت هذه الدراسة ظاهرة التكفير أسبابها وطرق علاجها موضحة أن التكفير حق شرعي لله تعالي لا يجوز الإقدام عليه إلا بهدى منه سبحانه، ولا يمكن للعالم أو القاضي أن يحكم بالكفر على معين إلا بعد التأكد من توفر أسبابه وشروطه وانتقاء موانعه، بعيدا عن الشبهات التي يعتمد عليها التكفيريون في تكفيرهم للمجتمعات المسلمة، ولا أساس ولا رصيد من الشرع يدعمها، وبمنأى عن التكفير السياسي بين الجماعات الدعوية. وتكمن مشكلة هذه الدراسة في تنامي ظاهرة التكفير بين أوساط المجتمعات المسلمة، وما يتبع ذلك من استباحة الدماء والأعراض والأموال. وتظهر أهمية هذه الدراسة في أنها تعالج قضية من القضايا الكبرى التي تشغل بال كثير من الغيورين على دينهم وأمتهم المسلمة، إذ الحكم على المسلم بأنه خارج عن دائرة الإسلام بغير مستند شرعي اعتداء على الأمة ودينها، وتفكيك لوحدتها، وإهدار لطاقتها، وهذا بلا شك ينصب في مصالح أعداء الملة. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز الفرق بين تكفير المعين وتكفير الاعتقادات، والأقوال، والأفعال، ودعوة الجماعات والأفراد إلى عدم التسرع في تكفير المسلم؛ لما يترتب على ذلك من مسالك وخيمة وعواقب خطيرة.

This study dealt with the phenomenon of Takfir (which is accusing other Muslims with apostasy and regard them as disbelievers or infidels), the study dealt with its causes as well as the ways of its treatment. Clearing that (Takfir) is a legitimate right for Allah. It is not allowed to do it, without guidance from Allah. The Islamic Scholar or The Judge cannot judge on a certain person being infidel (Kaafir) until he has ascertained his reasons and conditions, and absenting its banning, avoiding from doubts that Takfiirs (groups or individuals that accuse other Muslims with apostasy) depend on their accusation of Muslim communities being infidels, without legitimate basis or fundamentals supporting them, away from the political affairs between the (Da,wah) = calling groups which leads to accuse each other with apostasy. The problem statement of this study lies on the growing of Takfiir phenomenon among the Muslim communities, and what follows it such as violating the bloodshed, dignity and wealthy of Muslims. The importance of this study appears in that it deals with a major issue that concerns many of those who are jealous of their religion and their Muslim nation (Ummah). Because of judging The Muslim to be outside the circle of Islam without a legitimate support, is an assault on the nation and its religion, taking pieces to its unity, and wasting its power. And this without doubt services the interests of the enemies of the religion. This study aims to highlight the difference between accusing apostasy with the individual and on the beliefs, words and actions, also the study calls groups and individuals not to rush to accuse the Muslim with apostasy, because of its (accusing Muslims with apostasy) dangerous paths as well as its dangerous consequences.
