Praise be to Allaah who brought down the Qur’aan in the Night of Power over Muhammad (صلي الله عليه وسلم) and after: God preferred the Nation of Islam to send the best of the messengers to it, and revealed to it the greatest books on the night of blessing is the greatest and best nights, Which has dealt with the descent of this great book and called it the time of its descent, and between God the greatness, honor and blessing of this night, which the Qur'an called the Night of Power, the beholder to the great heritage, which is left to us by these great scholars who have spent their lives in the science of education and education. The manuscripts are still locked in safes, libraries, and even display Damaged and lost, despite its importance. Hence, we have to work to revive this noble legacy and take it out to benefit from it and preserve the heritage of the Islamic nation and serve the science and future generations, and loyalty to those scientists working faithful., So that the light will be enjoyed by people, and that our present will be an extension of our past, benefiting from its bright aspects. Hence, the search of the manuscript catalogs in many libraries, investing in the means of modern technology in the search engines (Internet) and found this psychological manuscript ((a letter in the interpretation of Surat al-Qadr)) of the author Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al-Ibrahimi Egyptian Shafi'i in the fourteenth century of migration, Interpreting grammatically, intellectually, and poetically; and for that I loved to bring this precious manuscript out of the darkness of the cupboards to the light of this world, so that the light of the world might light up the students of knowledge. Shaykh al-Ibraishi (may Allaah have mercy on him) said: "This is what God is pleased with the surah of al-Qadr (may Allaah have mercy on him''.
الحمد لله الذي أنزل القرآن في ليلة القدر على محمد (صلي الله عليه وسلم) وبعد: لقد فضل الله أمة الإسلام أن أرسل إليها خير الرسل، وأنزل لها أعظم الكتب في ليلة مباركة هي أعظم الليالي وأفضلها، شرفها الله تعالى على غيرها، واصطفاها بنزول الكتاب المبارك فيها، التي تناولت نزول هذا الكتاب العظيم وسميت بوقت نزوله، وبين الله فيها عظمة وشرف وبركة هذه الليلة التي سماها القرآن (ليلة القدر) فإن الناظر إلى التراث العظيم، مما خلفه لنا أولئك العلماء الأجلاء الذين أفنوا حياتهم في طلب العلم تعلما وتعليما، ليجد أن أكثر تراثهم من المخطوطات لا يزال حبيس الخزائن والمكتبات، وبل وعرض للتلف والضياع، على الرغم من أهميته. ومن هنا كان الواجب علينا أن نعمل على إحياء هذا الموروث النفيس وإخراجه للاستفادة منه والحفاظ على تراث الأمة الإسلامية وخدمة للعلم وللأجيال القادمة، ووفاء لأولئك العلماء العاملين المخلصين. ؛ كي ترى النور فينتفع بها الناس، وحتى يكون حاضرنا امتدادا لماضينا مستفيدين من جوانبه المشرقة. ومن هنا بدأت البحث في فهارس المخطوطات في كثير من المكتبات مستثمرا وسائل التقنية الحديثة بالبحث في محركات البحث السريعة (الانترنت) فوجدت هذه المخطوطة النفيسة "رسالة في تفسير سورة القدر" للمؤلف محمد بن أبراهيم الإبراشي المصري الشافعي في القرن الرابع عشر للهجرة، وكان مفسرا نحويا، فلكيا، شاعرا؛ ومن أجل ذلك أحببت أن أخرج هذه المخطوطة النفيسة من ظلمات الخزائن إلى نور الدنيا ليستضيئ بهذا النور طلبة العلم.
