المستخلص: حظيت الحركات العمالية ومن يؤطرها كالنقابات باهتمام بالغ من قبل الفقهاء والمنظرين، باعتبارها أحد قوى المجتمع المدني الناشطة في مجالات الاقتصاد وعلاقات العمل، وقد عرف تاريخ تطور النقابات العديد من الهزائم والانكسارات في مقابل الانتصارات المحدودة والمعزولة، وأن القول بدولة القانون والحقوق والحريات وجب تدعيم العمل النقابي وإعطائه المكانة اللائقة به، وتزويده بكل عناصر القوة الحقيقية بغية تجسيد فكرة التوازن في علاقات العمل، وهذا لن يتجسد إلا من خلال الممارسة الديمقراطية بصورة واضحة وفعالة.

Les mouvements de main-d'œuvre et ceux qui les en cadrent tels syndicats; ont connu une attention critique par les savants et les théoriciens, comme une société civile forte active dans les domaines de l'économie, les relations de travail, il a été connu l'histoire du développement des syndicats de nombreuses défaites et fractures, en échange de victoires limitées et isolées, et dire un état de droit et liberté passe par renforcent le travail syndical en lui donner sa juste place, et de lui fournir tous les éléments de la puissance réelle pour incarner l'idée de l'équilibre dans les relations de travail, et cela va se concrétiser que par la pratique de la démocratie claire et efficace.

Labor movements and those who frame them, such as unions, have received great attention from jurists and theorists, as they are one of the civil societies forces active in the fields of economy and labor relations. The history of the development of unions has known many defeats and setbacks in exchange for limited and isolated victories. Law, rights, and freedoms must strengthen trade union work, give it its proper position, and provide it with all elements of real power to embody the idea of balance in labor relations.
