The Algerian revolution, with its national liberation discourse, prompted French colonialism to introduce reforms to its political system in West Black Africa, beginning with the enactment of the Framework Law, and attempt to contain the Francophone trend through the so-called community law, and this is to avoid the transmission of the effect of the destructive theory adopted by the National Liberation Front in its African policy. Nevertheless, the diplomatic rush against French projects in Black Africa led to the sensitization of Africans and accelerated the process of these regions gaining their independence.
