المستخلص: لم يقتصر الاهتمام المتزايد بمجال البحث العلمي ومؤسساته على الدول المتقدمة بل تعدى ذلك ليصل إلى الدول النامية التي أدركت أن السبيل الوحيد للنهوض بالبلد هو تطوير المنظومة العلمية خاصة وأن نجاح وريادة بلدان مثل اليابان، الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وكندا جاء نتيجة اهتمامها بمؤسساتها العلمية وتثمينها لعملية البحث العلمي واعتمادها على معايير إدارة الجودة ما جعل البلدان العربية على غرار الجزائر تسرع لإنشاء مخابر وفرق بحث موزعة عبر كليات وأقسام الجامعات. لكن السؤال الذي يطرح نفسه هو ما هو دور هذه المخابر في أداء الجامعة الجزائرية؟ وكيف تساهم في ترقية البحث العلمي؟

L'intérêt accru dans le domaine de la recherche scientifique et de ses institutions, ne s’est pas limité aux pays développés seulement, mais au-delà pour atteindre les pays en voie de développement, qui se sont rendu compte que la seule façon pour la renaissance du pays est de développer le système scientifique. Surtout que le succès et le leadership des pays comme le Japon, les États-Unis et le Canada a été le résultat de l'intérêt porté aux institutions scientifiques, et l'évaluation du processus de la recherche scientifique et de sa dépendance sur les normes de gestion de la qualité. Cette vision a porté les pays arabes en général et l'Algérie en particulier a crée des laboratoires et des équipes de recherche réparties sur les facultés et les universités. Mais la question qui se pose est quel est le rôle de ces laboratoires dans l'exercice de l’université algérienne? Et comment elles contribuent à la promotion de la recherche scientifique?

The increasing interest in the field of scientific research and its institutions has not been limited to developed countries; rather, it has reached developing countries that have realized that the only way to advance the country is to develop the scientific system. Since the success and leadership of countries such as Japan, the United States of America, and Canada happened as a result of their attention to their scientific institutions, appreciation for the scientific research process, and reliance on quality management standards. This made Arab countries, like Algeria, rush to establish laboratories and research teams distributed through colleges and departments of universities. However, the question arises, what is the role of these laboratories in the performance of the Algerian University? How do they contribute to the promotion of scientific research?
