المستخلص: لم يعد الإنترنت يمثل دورا سلبيا كوسيلة اتصال تسهل عمليات التجارة الإلكترونية، وإنما تحول دوره إلى كونه مشاركا بشكل إيجابي في عمليات التجارة الإلكترونية من خلال استخدام الشبكة في مفاوضات قانونية وإبرام العقود. وتم تصميم وتطوير برامج تنتمي إلى أشخاص وهيئات ومشروعات تعمل وتتفاعل بالنيابة عنها عبر الشبكة وتنفذ المهام الموكلة إليها. وهذه التكنولوجيا تسهل بدورها المفاوضات عبر الشبكة وتسمى بالوكيل الإلكتروني.

L’internet n’est plus considéré comme un moyen de communication facilitant les opérations commerciales électroniques mais son rôle a changé puisqu’il participe de manière positive dans les opérations commerciales électroniques par l’utilisation du réseau dans les négociations légales, la conclusion d’acte ou de contrat et le développement de programmes appartenant à des personnes ou à des structures et des projets qui œuvrent à leur place a travers le réseaux réalisant des missions qui leurs ont été confiées. Cette technologie facilite à son tour les transactions et les échanges à travers le réseau et se dénomme l’agent électronique.

The Internet no longer represents a passive role as a means of communication that facilitates e-commerce operations, but its role has shifted to being a positive participant in e-commerce operations through the use of the network in legal negotiations and the signing of contracts. Programs belonging to people, organizations and projects that work and interact on their behalf over the network and carry out the tasks assigned to them are designed and developed.
