المستخلص: تعتبر هندسة التكوين طريقة منهجية ومنظمة تطبق على مفهوم النسق والأنشطة والتدريبات المتعلقة بالتكوين من أجل الوصول إلى الأهداف المحددة، حيث تتجلى أهميتها في تحديد وترتيب جميع الخطوات المنهجية التي تخص برنامجا للتكوين، يجب أن يكون متجانسا ومؤديا لهدف التعليم المنتظر من خلال تقديم تصور واضح وشامل وواقعي يندرج ضمن السياسة العامة لكل مؤسسة، إذ يلبي حاجات التكوين ويعمل على توقع الحاجات المستقبلية كما تعمل على مبدءا إبداع منظومة من الأنشطة الموجهة نحو إنتاج الأهداف والعمل على تحقيقها ومتابعتها وتقويمها. تتضمن هندسة التكوين مشروع التكوين بالخصوص مسند بمنظومة حديثة مشكلة من مجموعة حلقات مترابطة بعضيها، تنطلق من رصد حاجبات المؤسسة للتكوين من خلال تحديد سياسة التكوين، تحليل الاحتياج، تصور مشروع التكوين، تنسيق ومواصلة عملية إنجاز المشروع. وفي الأخير تقويم مختلف الأنشطة المتعلقة بالمشروع في شتى المراحل.

L'ingénierie de formation est une méthode systématique et structure appliquée au concept de modèle, des activités et des exercices liés à la formation afin d'atteindre des objectifs précis, son importance apparaisse dans la détermination et l'ordre de toutes les étapes méthodologiques relatives à un programme de formation, il doit être homogène et conduisant à l'objectif de l'éducation prévu en présentant une vision claire, complète et réaliste qui relève de la politique générale de chaque institution, car elle répond aux besoins de formation et travaille à anticiper les besoins du futur, elle travaille aussi sur le principe des activités du système d'innovation axés sur les objectifs de production pour les atteindre, les suivre et les évaluer. L'ingénierie de formation comprend un projet de formation particulière soutenu par un système moderne formée d’anneaux unis, elle débute de l’affectation des besoins de l’entreprise de la formation en déterminant la politique de la formation, l’analyse des besoins, la visualisation du projet de formation, la coordination et la poursuite de la realisation du projet. Et enfin l’évaluation des différentes activités liées au projet à différentes étapes.

Training engineering is a systematic and organized method that is applied to the concept of systems, activities and guidance related to training in order to reach the specific goals. Its importance is manifested in identifying and arranging all the methodological steps that pertain to a training program. It must be homogeneous and conducive to the expected goal of education by presenting a clear, comprehensive and realistic vision that falls within the general policy of each institution. It meets the needs of training and works to anticipate future needs and works on the principles of creating a system of activities directed towards the production of goals and work to achieve them, follow up and evaluate them. The training engineering consists of the training project, in particular, based on a modern system formed from a group of interconnected circles, starting from monitoring the institution’s needs for training by defining the training policy, analyzing the needs, visualizing the training project, coordinating and continuing the project implementation process and finally, evaluate the various activities related to the project at various stages.
