المستخلص: شغل موضوع الأزمة المالية العالمية أذهان الكثير من الباحثين والمتخصصين؛ من أجل البحث عن الأسباب الفعلية وراء حدوثها؛ وإيجاد الحلول اللازم لمعالجتها. إن للأزمة المالية آثارا واضحة على المتغيرات الكلية للاقتصاد وبالتالي التأثير على المتغيرات الجزئية. شهد العالم العديد من الأزمات المالية كانت أخرها الأزمة المالية في سنة 2008 فالبنوك الأمريكية واجهت إفلاسا حقيقيا خلف وراءه دمارا اقتصاديا تاركة آثارا سلبية واضحة على مستوى الناتج، وعلى مستوى التوظيف، وعلى مستوى الدخول الفردية، ناهيك عن الأثر السلبي على الأسواق المالية؛ مما دفع الكثيرين لمحاولة البحث عن الأسباب الحقيقية للأزمة لاسيما أن عدوى الأزمة اجتاحت معظم مناطق العالم، بسبب عولمة الاقتصاد التي نادت بها الاقتصاديات الغربية في الماضي. تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى الحديث عن الأزمة المالية وعن كيفية معالجتها من وجهة نظر الاقتصاد الإسلامي وتأكيد دور الدولة المباشر في الحياة الاقتصادية.

Le sujet de la crise financière mondiale a préoccupé les esprits de beaucoup de chercheurs et de spécialistes dans leur quête à trouver les causes réelles de son émergence et à concevoir les solutions idoines pour y remédier. La crise financière mondiale a eu des effets évidents sur les variables macroéconomiques de l'économie et a donc fatalement influencé les variables microéconomiques. Le monde moderne a enduré des crises financières récurrentes dont la plus récente fut la crise financière de 2008 qui a démarré aux USA. Les banques américaines ont ainsi fait face à des quasi-faillites laissant, dans leur sillage, des destructions avérées de pans entiers de l’économie qui auront négativement impacté aussi bien le niveau de la production que celui de l’emploi et des revenus individuels, sans parler de leurs impacts négatifs sur les marchés financiers. Ce constat a ainsi incité beaucoup de chercheurs à rechercher les causes profondes de la crise, d'autant plus que la «contagion» de cette dernière a atteint la plupart des régions du monde, en raison de la mondialisation de l'économie prônée et favorisée les économies occidentales. Ce document vise à analyser la crise financière et à l’appréhender du point de vue de l'économie islamique en confirmant le rôle nécessaire de l'État dans la vie économique.

The topic of the global financial crisis occupied the minds of many researchers and specialists, in order to search for the actual reasons behind its occurrence; and finding the necessary solutions to address it. The financial crisis has clear effects on the macro variables of the economy and thus the effect on the micro variables. The world has witnessed many financial crises, the most recent of which was the financial crisis in 2008. The American banks faced a real bankruptcy that left behind economic devastation, leaving clear negative effects on the level of output, on the level of employment, and on the level of individual incomes, not to mention the negative impact on the financial markets. This prompted many to try to search for the real causes of the crisis, especially since the contagion of the crisis swept through most regions of the world, due to the globalization of the economy that Western economies advocated in the past. This research paper aims to talk about the financial crisis and how to address it from the point of view of Islamic economics and to confirm the direct role of the state in economic life.
