المستخلص: نأمل من هذه الورقة العلمية – إن شاء الله – أن يستعظمها البادي، ويستحسنها الشادي وستحاول هذه الورقة العلمية الإجابة على بعض التساؤلات التالية: -ما أهمية البعد الأخلاقي والسلوكي في مقاومة الأمير عبد القادر؟ -كيف استطاع الأمير عبد القادر أن يؤسس دولة جزائرية حديثة: هل تم ذلك بفضل وطينته؟ أم هل تم ذلك بفضل مواقفه الإنسانية؟ - ثم ما هي المرجعية التي استند عليها الأمير عبد القادر في تعامله مع الفرنسيين؟ - ثم ما هو منهج الأمير عبد القادر وجنده في تعامله مع الأسري الفرنسيين؟ - ما مدى حضور الجانب الأخلاقي والسلوكي في أدبياته خاصة في تعامله مع الفرنسيين خاصة، وأهل الملل الأخرى (المسيحيين عامة)؟

We hope that this scientific paper - God willing - will be amplified by Al-Badi, and is encouraged by Al-Shadi. This paper will attempt to answer some of the following questions: - What is the importance of moral and behavioral dimension in the resistance of Prince Abdul Qadir? - How could Prince Abdelkader establish a modern Algerian state: Was this done thanks to his patriotism, or was it thanks to his humanitarian positions? - Then what is the reference on which Prince Abdul Qadir was based in his dealings with the French? - Then what is the approach of Prince Abdul Qadir and his soldiers in dealing with the French prisoners? - What is the extent of moral and behavioral presence in his literature, especially in his dealings with the French in particular, and other people of boredom (Christians in general)?

Nous espérons que cet article scientifique - si Dieu le veut - sera amplifié par Al-Badi et encouragé par Al-Shadi. Ce document tentera de répondre à certaines des questions suivantes: - Quelle est l'importance de la dimension morale et comportementale dans la résistance du prince Abdul Qadir? - Comment le prince Abdelkader a-t-il pu créer un État algérien moderne: cela a-t-il été réalisé grâce à son patriotisme ou grâce à ses positions humanitaires? - Ensuite, quelle est la référence sur laquelle le prince Abdul Qadir était basé dans ses relations avec les Français? - Alors, quelle est l'approche du prince Abdul Qadir et de ses soldats face aux prisonniers français? - Quelle est l'étendue de la présence morale et comportementale dans sa littérature, en particulier dans ses rapports avec les Français en particulier et avec d'autres personnes ennuyées (les chrétiens en général)?
