محور بحثنا هذا يدور حول مسألة أساسية واحدة هي: زيادات الإمام السيوطي على جمع الجوامع في الكوكب الساطع، كتاب الترجيح، أنموذجاً، وبيانها، والفائدة منها، حيث يعد الكوكب الساطع للسيوطي من الكتب المهمة في علم أصول الفقه، لما يحتويه من كنوز علمية زاهرة، ويعد هذا البحث ضمن الدراسات التي تهتم بتراث الأمة الإسلامية وعلمائها الذين كان لهم دور بارز في نهضة الأمة ورفعتها، وهو أيضاً خدمة لعلم أصول الفقه الإسلامي الذي أرسى قواعده وأسس بنيانه الإمام الشافعي رحمه الله تعالى، لعل الله لعل الله أن يرحمنا ويكرمنا ببركته، وأن يجعلنا من طلابه ورواده، ويحشرنا في زمرة مؤلفيه، وكاتبيه، وباحثيه من العلماء الأجلاء.
Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, prayers and peace be upon our master Muhammad and his family, and those who followed them and follow their path until the Day of Judgment.. And after: one of the best works that profit and reward, It is Sharia service and study of Islamic jurisprudence, the fundamentals of jurisprudence is one of the most accurate sciences, because it wipe up the mind from error, God has pleased scientists to serve and formation the science of jurisprudence, After the Imam Al-Shafi the scholars continued to serve the science of jurisprudence and they founded the schools, texts, annotations, notes and pendants that’s abbreviations. There are books organized by Imam al-Suyuti in his book: "Alkawkab Alssatie" who organized it "Jame Aljawamie" for "Taj Aldiyn Alsabakiu" who collect together them the principles of religion, and the principles of jurisprudence, and God willing that it spread and be mentioned more frequently than others and the scholars have cared it in explanation and details. God willing, the researcher will contribute to serving the great books, Faithful to him for authors and his desire to serve the principles of jurisprudence, may God have mercy on us and honor us with his blessing; and his name "(Iziyadat Alsayuti Ealaa Jame Aljawamie Fi Alkawkab Alssatie, Kitab Altarjih Anmwdhja)", in order to highlight and explain the systems, Because of their importance among scholars and students of science, as well as being a topic that deals with an important topic from the Investigations of Fundamentals of Jurisprudence, as weighting is a facet of pushing the conflict between the legal evidence, and showing compatibility between them. The aim of the research is: explanation of Imam al-Suyuti's increases to Imam al-Sibki, may God Almighty have mercy on them, and the benefits from them. In the research, I briefly examined the life of the Sabiki and Suwaiti, may God almighty have mercy on them, then the increases of Imam Al-Suyuti mentioned in his work "Alkawkab Alsaatie" of the book Altarjih, on Imam Al-Sabki, may God almighty have mercy on them, then concluded the research with a conclusion in which I outlined the most important results, then the list of sources and references, and may God bless him Sayyidina Muhammad mentioned the number mentioned by Al-Zakrun and Soha, the unaware of him and his family and companions.
