|a لقد تعرفنا على ٥٨ رسالة للإمام الصادق عليه السلام في المصادر وجمعها المرحوم الأحمدي الميانجي في كتابه مكاتيب الائمة عليه السلام. وردت هذه الرسائل في المصادر الروائية والتاريخية، في مصادر عتيقة وبعضا في المصادر المتأخرة. قد لا تكون متساوي القيمة من حيث النص والمصدر. ومن جملة الرسائل الطوال المأثورة عن الإمام عليه السلام هي رسالته إلى النجاشي وإلى الاهواز. وهذا المقال بصدد تحقيق وتحليل هذه الرسالة المشتهرة ب ((الرسالة الأهوازية)) من حيث المصدر والنص.\nحصيلة هذا التحقيق هو أن المصادر القديمة وأن نقلت هذه الرسالة، لكنها لأول مرة وردت بالنص الكامل في كتاب الاربعين عن حقوق المؤمنين تأليف ابن زهرة الحلبي من علماء القرن السابع ثم تسربت منه إلى المصادر الأخرى، ومن حيث المحتوى ادرجت في عداد الرسائل المعنونة بـ ((المذكرات السياسية)) التي تتعرض لدراسة كيفية تعامل الوالي مع الرعية. مع ذلك لم تستند إليها الرسائل المكتوبة في هذا المجال، ولعل تعرض فصل منها لتوبيخ الخوز مخدوش قد دس فيها؟É

|f We have learned about 58 letters of the Imam Al-Sadiq, peace be upon him, in the sources compiled by the late Ahmadi Al-Mianji in his book (Makatib-ul-A'immah); peace be upon them. These letters appeared in Hadith and historical sources, in ancient sources, and some in later sources. It may not be of equal value in terms of text and source. Among the long letters reported from the Imam, peace be upon him is his letter to the Negus and Ahwaz. This article will investigate and analyze this letter known as ((The Ahwazi Letter)) in terms of its source and text.\nThe outcome of this investigation is that the ancient sources reported this letter. For the first time, they were mentioned with the complete text in the Book Al-Arba'in Fi Hoquq Al-Momenin, authored by Ibn Zahra al-Halabi from the seventh-century scholars, and then leaked from it to other sources. In terms of the content, it was included among the letters entitled ((Political memoirs)) that discuss how the governor deals with the citizen. Nevertheless, the letters written in this regard were not based on it, and perhaps the chapters with in them were subject of reprimand to the Khawz who had attempted to cause injury?\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021
