المستخلص: Language can be described as a tool in which every individual is used to communicate or pass verbal information to one another. In human society, there are different languages which are used as a means of communication across the globe. Thus, it is applied for different purposes in different sectors of life. Language is peculiarly used in social gathering, educational institutions, government sector, and the market place and even in political campaigns and the arena. Therefore, regarding English language, it has become very obvious that English is becoming a global language; in fact, it has been considered an international language which is used as a medium of communication anywhere in the regions of the world. Hence, despite the high growth of English speakers in the world and there have been a large number of countries who have made English a compulsory' subject in their education curricula. Hence, there have also been a reasonable number of common errors in English speaking-this has really created some level of irregularity in establishing a Standard English speaking which is some extent error free. For this reason, this study intends to explore the common errors that are always made among the university students especially those who are studying English.
