المستخلص: للبحث هدف عام يتحدد في استنباط القيم التربوية المتضمنة في مبحث الأحكام الشرعية لعبادات المريض النفسي وبيان أثرها على الفرد والمجتمع، وقد استند هذا البحث على المنهج الاستقرائي الاستنباطي، حيث قامت الباحثة باستقراء الأحكام الشرعية لعبادات المريض النفسي، وصولاً الى استنباط القيم التربوية منها، وبيان آثارها على الفرد والمجتمع. وقد أظهرت النتائج مجموعة من القيم التربوية المتضمنة في مبحث الأحكام الشرعية لعبادات المريض النفسي مثل: قيمة الرحمة، والعفو، والاحترام، والحلم، والتيسير، والمساواة، والتواضع، والتأمل الواعي، والتسليم لله والرضا بقضائه وغيرها، والتي إذا فُعلت وتمكنت من النفوس ورُسخت في العقول، تتحول تلقائياً ودون تكلف إلى أسلوب للتعامل مع كل الناس دون تمييز، مما يضمن لمجتمعنا التقدم والازدهار والاستقرار، وبهذا تقوى شبكة العلاقات الاجتماعية. وانتهى البحث إلى أن القيم التربوية المتضمنة في الأحكام الشرعية لعبادات المريض النفسي خير علاج وإصلاح له، لتجتث منه القلق والشعور بالنقص، ويحل مكانه الرضى والثقة والسعادة، وصولاً الى الشخصية الإيجابية الفاعلة المنتجة في مجتمعها. وأوصى البحث بتوجيه الباحثين إلى تناول كتب الفقه الإسلامي لدراستها دراسة تربوية تجديدية وتحليلها للكشف عن الكنوز الكامنة فيها.

The main aim for this research is identified in the elicitation of educational values included in the Islamic Law - Jurisprudential provisions for the worshiping associated with the psychopath and to show their impact on society and the individual. The research was based on the inductive-deductive method where the researcher extrapolated the Islamic Law- jurisprudential provisions of the psychopath ending by the elicitation of educational values and their impact on society and the individual. The results showed a set of educational values included in the study of Islamic Law- Jurisprudential provisions for the worshiping associated with the psychopath like: mercy, amnesty, respect, forbearing, facilitation, equality, modesty, conscious reflection, acceptance and satisfaction with Allah judgment, etc. which if done, managed by the souls and established in the minds, it will automatically and without affectation turn into a method of dealing with all people without discrimination, ensuring our society progress, prosperity and stability, thus strengthening the network of social relations. The research concluded that the educational values included in the Islamic Law- Jurisprudential provisions for the worshiping associated with the psychopath are the best treatment and remediation for the psychopath to get rid of anxiety and feeling of inferiority and replaced with satisfaction, confidence and happiness, arriving finally to the positive, active and productive personality. The research recommended that researchers should be directed to restudy the Islamic jurisprudence books in an innovative educational and analysis methods and uncover treasures hidden in them.
