المدرب الوطني لكرة القدم في المملكة العربية السعودية: المعوقات والمشاكل والحلول المقترحة

المستخلص: الغرض من هذه الدراسة هو التعرف على أهم المعوقات والمشاكل التي تواجه المدرب الوطني لكرة القدم في المملكة العربية السعودية، وتحديد علاقة المتغيرات (المؤهل العلمي، التخصص الأكاديمي التأهيل المهني، مستوى المنافسة، سنوات الخبرة) على تلك المعوقات والمشاكل. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (124) مدرباً ن=124 يعملون تحت مظلة الاتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم، طبقت عليهم استبانة اشتملت على (65) فقرة وزعت على (7) محاور وهي (المعوقات والمشاكل الشخصية، المعوقات والمشاكل الادارية، المعوقات والمشاكل الفنية المعوقات والمشاكل المالية، المعوقات والمشاكل الاجتماعية المعوقات والمشاكل المرتبطة بالإعلام، المعوقات والمشاكل المرتبة بالإمكانات).
وقد أظهرت النتائج أن أهم المعوقات والمشاكل التي تواجه المدرب الوطني هي: المعوقات والمشاكل المالية في المرتبة الأولى بين محاور الدراسة وبمتوسط حسابي (4.69) وجاءت المعوقات والمشاكل الإدارية (المتعلقة بالاتحاد) ثانياً بمتوسط (4.43) المعوقات والمشاكل الإدارية (المتعلقة بالأندية) ثالثاً بمتوسط (4.42) وجاءت المعوقات والمشاكل المرتبطة بالإعلام رابعاً (4.33) ثم جاءت المعوقات والمشاكل المرتبطة بالإمكانات خامساً (4.20) في حين جاءت المعوقات والمشاكل الاجتماعية سادساً (3.93) أما المعوقات والمشاكل الشخصية فحلت سابعاً(3.86) وأخيراُ جاءت المعوقات والمشاكل الفنية ثامناُ وترتيب أبعادها كما يلي: المعوقات والمشاكل المتعلقة بالجهاز الفني (3.81) المتعلقة باللاعبين ( 3.14) المتعلقة بالتدريب(3.13) المتعلقة بالمباريات(2.98)
وأشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلاله إحصائية في إجابات عينة الدراسة حول جميع محاور الدراسة باختلاف متغيري (التأهيل المهني، سنوات الخبرة) بينما كانت هناك فروق ذات دلاله إحصائية في إجابات عينة الدراسة حول جميع محاور الدراسة باختلاف متغيرات (المؤهل العلمي، التخصص الأكاديمي، ومستوى المنافسة).
الباحث قدم العديد من التوصيات والمقترحات على ضوء نتائج الدراسة ومن أهمها: اعتماد لائحة مالية خاصة بالمدربين الوطنيين والمساهمة في دفع رواتبهم، وتحفيز الأندية للتعاقد مع المدربين الوطنيين، توسيع قاعدة المدربين الوطنيين من خلال زيادة عدد المدربين الجدد، حث الأعلام على تغيير الصورة النمطية حول المدرب الوطني و.... أخيراُ، اقترح الباحث إنشاء رابطة للمدربين الوطنين تهتم بهم وتنظم عملهم وتعمل على تطويرهم، وقد صمم الباحث مخطط مقترح لهذه الرابطة (Al Sowayan Model 2016)


The study aims to identify the most important obstacles and problems facing the national football coach in Saudi Arabia. It also aims to determine the relationship of variables (scientific qualification, academic specialization, professional qualification, level of competition, years of experience) on those obstacles and problems. The researcher used the descriptive method, and the study sample consisted of 124 coaches working under the umbrella of the Saudi Football Federation. The study applied to them a questionnaire that included (65) paras distributed to (7) axes, namely (obstacles and personal problems, obstacles and administrative problems, obstacles and technical constraints, obstacles and financial problems, obstacles and social problems, obstacles and problems associated with the media, obstacles and problems caused by potentials.
The results showed that the most important obstacles and problems facing the national coach are: financial obstacles and problems and ranked first among the study axes with an arithmetic average of (4.69). The obstacles and administrative problems (related to the Federation) ranked second with an average of (4.43), while the obstacles and administrative problems (related to clubs) ranked third with an average of (4.42). The obstacles and problems associated with the media came fourth (4.33), followed by the obstacles and problems associated with potential, which ranked fifth (4.20). The obstacles and social problems ranked sixth (3.93), while the obstacles and personal problems ranked seventh (3.86). The obstacles and technical problems ranked last and eighth and the order of its dimensions as follows: obstacles and problems related to the technical apparatus (3.81) related to players (3.14) related to training (3.13) related to games (2.98).
The results indicated that there are no significant differences in the answers of the study sample about all axes of study with different variables (professional qualification, years of experience). While there were significant differences in study sample responses about all axes of study with different variables (scientific qualification, academic specialization, level of competition).
The researcher made many recommendations and suggestions in light of the study results, most notably: adopting a financial regulation for national trainers and contributing toward their salaries payment, motivating clubs to enter into a contract with national trainers; expanding the base of national trainers by increasing the number of new trainers, urging the media to change the stereotype about the national trainer. The researcher finally proposed the establishment of an association of national trainers that cares about them, organizes their work and works for their development. The researcher designed a proposed scheme for this association (Al Sowayan Model 2016).
