|a تسعى الدراسة إلى استقراء ما استنبطه علماء النحو من آراء لغوية مستوحاة من واقع البيئة العربية، تؤسس أركان علم معياري ينشد بناء مشهد لغوي رصين مشرق يحاكي ما سلكه أرباب اللسان الفصيح، وتستدعي الدراسة هنا أهم أصول هذا العلم الذي عد منطلقا واسعا وميدانا تتنازعه آراء المشتغلين والمنظرين أخذا وردا، ألا وهو القياس؛ وعليه ستقف الدراسة على نشأة القياس وحدة لغة واصطلاحا، ممتدة إلى بيان أركانه، وصولا إلى أدلة القياس النحوية؛ كالقرآن الكريم والحديث النبوي، وغيرهما، ثم إظهار لما يحتج به من لغات العرب، وانتهاء بتساؤل مفاده: هل يوجد قياس نحوي محدث؟ ليجاب عنه بإنجازات مجامع اللغة العربية المهمة في رعاية العربية وتوظيف القياس النحوي مصدرا حاضرا ومهم في الحفاظ على سيرورة هذه اللغة نماء ورقيا. وبلوغا لأرب بسط هذا الموضوع اتكأ الباحث على منهج وصفي تحليلي ويوظف التتبع التاريخي لما قدمه العلماء في تشكيل علم رصين يحتكم إلى العقل بالتحليل والتأويل ودقة الإدراك.
